Nice, I like this medium-rise alot. Thou it would be nice to have a plopable version as well.

The building itself is nice, but, the roof could use a new texture (such as a patina, or something). The modelling is very good, though.

stunning, and its only your second one...though it would be better with a plopable one like people have said before

Very nice. Get some help to put in the appropriate set and I would also suggest you consider a more weathered look or different colour for the roof. With these two changes, it will be a top rank download!

New York right? Stunning. We need more buildings around Central Park from this time period. Like the Eldorado, Majestic, or Dakota.

IMHO, the textures are a tad too bright in general. SC4 tends to make them look brighter than they look in the BAT, I've heard. A texture gradient and a bit more "graining" (see gascooker's tutorial) on the roof would be perfect. I can put this into NY style for you, if you want. Just PM me.

Thanks for the feedback. I agree, the building is still a little too bright, and the color gradient a little too subtle. What did you guys mean about the problems with the roof? Is the color too dark? What is patina?

Sorry about not including plopable RCI lots, I don't know how to make them yet. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. I apologize for all the questions and still being such a noob regarding BATs.

Hello! To get a better copper roof, you have to read the articles on texturing by Gascoocer. BAT needs extra-tweaked copper sprites to make decent copper in the game. Very nice model anyways!

I agree with the others. I think a less yellow, more grey, more weathered texture should be used. I also think the copper needs to be darker. The modeling looks good though.
