Description:
Take a former industrial area of a city. Add a nice fat redevelopment grant from the government. Mix in a bit of sleaze and corruption from the local chamber of commerce and what inevitably results is a new business park.
And wherever in Europe you find a business park you'll find small office units similar to this often occupied by small IT or consultancy firms and always full of besuited men and women with BMWs.
This growable office building comes on 2x2 and 3x2 lots and employs 65 Co$$ sims.
Dependencies:
Base / Overlay textures: The Lot Editor makes it nearly impossible to tell which of these packs are in use, so I would suggest keeping all 6 of them on your system.

If you have downloaded the dependencies for the BSC Farming EP you'll already have all of these.
PC Users
Auto-install. Extract the installer file from the .zip file and double-click to install the props.
MAC Users
This file is not yet MAC compatible but we are working on this and one will shortly follow. See the BSC MAC archive thread for updates.
