I like it but I can't find it in game.

As I said the Canal Set is to be downloaded separately at SimCityCentral.net, this only changes the in-game water

To change the color of your water from the bland Caribbean blue default.

I can't remove it from my game

If you wish to reset the water to the default, or change to another texture, simply delete the .dat file from the Plugins folder.
