The Hillsboro Apartment Complex is a medium sized apartment building housing medium wealth (R$$) sims. There is only a growable version of this building. It grows easily on a 2x3 medium density residential zone. The buiding houses 164 medium wealth residents.
This is the first BAT I've created, so please provide comments, suggestions, constructive criticism, etc.
