is this by chance based on a building in Lawrence, MA? looks very north east...I'd like to see someone design some Triple Deckers like you find around boston, especially Dorchester and Somerville.

Now this low wealth looks even better than the recent glut of low wealth run down buildings I've been seeing in late 2007 and early 2008. A 10/10, and I wish I can take out some of my previous 10/10 rating given away.
