This is more of a mod than a lot, it replaces most of the parks included with SimCity 4 with ones that have jobs. Nothing else is changed, except for the soccer field, beach, and softball field which now make money.(100$ each) I have no idea if it will work on the original SimCity, but it has been tested on Rush Hour in a new city, and in the city of New Chicago, and it works fine there. Let me know what you think and any suggestions that you have.

This is a great idea, however, I am going to have to wait until I have a new city where I can plan it properly because I put it in my existing game and a vast majority had no road access. My problem, not the creator's.

I don't care if the parks need roads now, great idea. I should have seen this post a long time ago.
