About This File

This lot is one of the Aussie Retail Series lots that showcaseretail brands that can be found across sururban and rural Australia. This is the Capt'n Snooze bedding store... whatever happenned to RodQuantock?

The buildings are in the style commonly used inAustralia at the moment; consisting of steel frames and roof girders, acorrugated sheetmetal roof and precast concrete slab walls. Many ofthem will only paint the street-facing walls to save money. When youwalk into the stores, you will see the roof and aircon ducts above you.

Thispackage contains five lots; one plopable (4x3) and four combinations ofgrowable (two 3x4 and two 4x4). The growables share a building familywith the other lots in Series 2.

For a standard building series there are still lots of little details to check on and make them look real good

Nice once again. The capt'n snooze store near me is brick but it's pretty old. Anyway, Rod Quantock is now an maths comedian touring schools. 10/10

I agree with Skinntrall -- and so far I've been bulldozing the DEDWD stores that grow in my town because eventhough they look nice, they hold far too few jobs for a lot of their size. Just my opinion...

Fair enough. I wanted to make it realistic. Stores like this don't hold thousands of people, there's normally a few sales people and storepeople. I spend a lot of time creating a detailed readme with all the specs and putting in here as well is just additional work that I just don't have time for.
