3000 Jobs... I guess it's pretty crowded on the floors there, since there aren't much buildings to place them all. ;) Apart from that, your ideas for these kind of big and realistic factory's are awesome!

Well as for the number of jobs that is acctually quite realistic. If you look at some mills in real life you will notice they are jam packed with people. Plus you have to realize there are only 1000 people in the building at one time due to shifts.

Hmmm, Anyone remember the "The Waltons" TV series from the 1970's. I think they ran a small lumber mill in rural Virginia in the 1930s. Maybe "John Boy" made the move to steel later on?? :)

Apparently this lot (and several other older ones on here as of late) have lost it's/their files. This whole thing only shows up as 38k when I go to download it. I used to have this downloaded on my old PC and it was something like 1-2MB. This and the other buildings with this issue must have occured when simtropolis was revamped earlier this year. :(

This is an excellent industrial lot - much recommended. Hope no one gets discouraged by the two foregoing comments. As long as you have bldgprop_vol1.dat and bldgprop_vol2.dat (from the official site) in your plugins, everything will be fine. This is a ploppable lot from the Rewards menu.
