Yessum. You can find teh actual game-ready file by searching the STEX for "Chronos Palms Condos". If you make any cool alterations, it'd be cool to see them - post an image in the gmax Model Files thread in the BAT - NDEX Board Room forum.

You're gonna need the official BAT patch from the www.simcity.com site. It's not in the updates section, it's on the same page as the BAT download. You'll need to be logged into their site to see it, as well.
