Here is the gmax model file for NDEX's James Morgenn Center, modeled by DuskTrooper. You can use and alter this model as you wish, but please do not redistribute (either the original gmax file or an exported one) without specific consent from both DuskTrooper and I.
Relative to other models previously released, the J.M. Center is a very simple model. It was released for those who wish to have perhaps smaller versions in their cities, and also for those who are learning their way around the BAT. It serves as a demonstration of how simple a 'scraper model can be internally, yet end up looking beautiful ingame.
