"Trust the Midas touch!" At least that is what their slogan is. The second auto service center that I have modeled, Midas is known throughout North America as one of the leading automobile repair shops. In my opinion, you get a pretty good bang for your buck, as long as your careful. Performing a host of different automobile services, you can get that old beater back on the road again after taking it to one of their shops. This particula Midas was modeled after the one that I grew up near and have brought my car to on several occasions. I understand that Midas' tend to vary in their looks from region to region, however this is fairly good representation (at least in my opinion) of the ones around the area where I reside. Hopefully you all know where that is, at least the general location....
Included in this file are a 3x3 CS$$2 growable and a 3x3 CS$$ ploppable. The ploppable includes a custom icon in the landmarks menu and has been modded to include jobs.
The growable and ploppable share the same stats which are as follows--- It employs 35 sims, has a pollution effect on air/water/garbage of 5/3/10 respectively, power consumed is 80, water consumed is 10, and costs $100 to bulldoze. In addition the ploppable costs $30000 to plop.
Have fun with it and feel free to showcase it whereever your heart desires.
