Using a similar concept from the original pizza party pack, I have modeled another pizza joint and skinned it with 2 different chains, this time far more localized chains than before. Included are a Hungry Howies, found primarily in Southeast Lower Michigan and Northern Ohio and a Cottage Inn found in Sotheast Lower Michigan. Hungry Howies is built on a reputation of being an affordable pizza with numerous choices for their flavored crusts. Cottage Inn is well known as being one of the premier local pizza chains in the U.S. having been voted best pizza in the Big Ten several times.
Included in this file are a 2x2 CS$2 growable and a 2x2 CS$ ploppable for each pizza joint for a grand total of 4 variations. Each ploppable has a custom icon in the landmarks menu and have been modded to include jobs.
The growables and ploppable for both types share the same stats (made it easy on myself) and are as follows--- It employs 40 sims, has a pollution effect on air/water/garbage of 4/6/9 respectively, power consumed is 25, water consumed is 35, and costs $50 to bulldoze. In addition, the ploppables cost $10000 to plop.
