Cool. Not very useful, though It would look funny in any city, because nothing else has snow on it.

If you wanted an only snow lot, you can use the lot editor and the snow textures should be in there. The lake is an overlay so you don't have to use the lake or anyhting.

We need some snow in SIM4.

Hopegfully Maxis will use seasons in SC5 (trees change color at different times of the year, etc).

The pond is just an overlay texture

Let us hope the next expansion pack will have different terrains like in SimCity 3000 Unlimited
