    Dear Assanat, my greatest thanks for your kind response. Unfortunately, it is a problem that I have had since a little child and it remains ultra-intense. I also accept that this is deeply embarrassing to me, for I have clearly dominated this particular thread for over 6 months and when someone else puts up a beautiful piece of work, I have to ask for it to be taken down. This is terrible, so I keenly encourage you to put up more of you beautifully detailed work in future - I genuinely would delight in seeing it. Again, my deepest thanks again for you swift and kind response. It is genuinely appreciated. Robert

Please accept my deepest apologies for I deeply do not wish to be in dispute with anyone.  I do appreciate the immense talent of assanat, hwever I have requested as a kindness that he withdraws his last entry on the thread of SimCity 3000, show us what you are working on as I suffer from extremely severe orthniscelidophobia, and his image, however talented is exceptionally distressng to me.

    asasnat Please forgive me, but I request, as a indness, that you delete your last post. I suffer from chronic ad rampant orthniscelidophbia. I am sure that it is a superb piece of art and, indeed, I would to have access to your tile set, but the above image is extremely distressing for me.

    Oxford and Cambridge Pub, Hammersmith Bridge Road (Demolished in 2008) This was an Edwardian pub that my great grandfather ran in about 1903. OK, this is not one of my best - I had a true trugge with this. The real one had a very tall, narrow roof which was hard to reproduce in Building Architect, so it ended up a bit big an rather squat. Even so I do note the lack of choice in 2x2 Commercial given be other users, and feel that this does help add to the selection.

    Once situated on Hammersmith Bridge Road, the Oxford and Cambridge was an Edwardian pub that was run by my great grandfather circa 1903. Sady, it was demoihed in 2008. Unfortunately, the original pub had steep roofs which I was unable to replicate in Buildng Architect, so it is a tad squat compared to the real building.

    Located in Banbury just outside Oxford, Ye Old Reindeer is a 17th Century coaching inn that was run by my great grandfather round about 1912. During the civil war, it was used by Cromwell, and he held his last council to discuss battleplans in the Map Room there before the Battle Of Edghill, a decisive event in the war.

    Nearly 20 years has passed since "Atelier Sportif Aylmer" burned down due to a fire in the apartment above it. Although it relocaed twice since, it finally went under about 10 years ago probaby as the owner, a true Quebecer, tended to spend all the profits on chain-smoking weed.. Sadly to fit the 8x8 units of this programme, I had to lop off the small and irrelvant apartment attached to it at the rear, the source of the building's ultimate demise. (I have long been critical of SimCity 3000 players for providing such a poor range of industrial designs. Everyone is so busy designing fabulous office towers that no-one actually designs interesting, original and realistic designs for industries, particularly the 1x1 size ones that would revolutionize gameplay for everyone.)

    From the tiny village of Ladysmith in Thorne, County Pontiac in Quebec, I bring you a curious little house on Quebec Route 303 at its hayday in 2009. Sadly, it now sits overgrown, long since abandoned and heading for becoming derelict. (By the way, the Hotel Ladysmith does a fine range of imported European specialist beers if you ever pass through it.)

    Look, folks, I put my heart and soul into a near perfect rendition of my local branch of the RBC, and so far, it as had ONE DOWNLOAD!!! My other 20 BLD files have generally had between 5 to 10 downloads, but the RBC building that I took s much trouble over? ONE DOWNLOAD. C'mon, people, what's the problem? Is there something wrong with it?
