Is there still no solution to this? It makes no sense that a bridge will conduct electricity but cannot carry a water pipe. I know we have a team experimenting with fresh and saltwater delivery. Maybe they can address this in the process? fingers crossed.

Thanks, all. I have been wondering how to implement this. The Utilities never made sense to me. Cities don't pay for utilities, customers do. Cities might pay for the infrastructure initially, but not a monthly thing. And rural communities along a river should not need city water to develop. I will try these cheats and cheater lots to overcome these issues.

I appreciate this reason for the tooltips, but is there some way to have the option to toggle them off? or hide them (transparency)? or just offset them to some location other than directly in the way? Some of the pieces have very large tooltips, and coupled with the FLEX piece hiding under the terrain, makes it near impossible to see what I am doing. I use the FLEX Ramps quite a bit, and the tooltip blocks the view so that I can't tell which piece is currently selected, or what orientation it is in. I agree that the tooltips have useful information, but when I am done reading that information, I would like it to go away so I can see what I am doing. I have much love and respect for everyone on the NAM Team. Please, please, please find a way to move the tooltip off to the side with an offset or something. Please?

Here: Maximum Security Prison - Civic & Non-RCI - Simtropolis In the list of Dependencies is PEG Security Prop Pack, but the link goes to a forum post, not a download page. Can anyone tell me where to find it? I have all the other files, and maybe it was included in the PEG Security Fence Kit? Any help appreciated. TIA
