Downtown Johnston, Pop: 84,000 Connected with a SPUI. Trying to base this loosely off of Iowa City, IA. There has been a lot of 10-15 story buildings going up in the past 5 years there, mixing old and new, while IC's population is only about 75,000. The park adjacent to the CBD that offsets the grids is pretty neat. Also notice the changes to road layout over time, as square grids are less common in the newer areas.
