WOW! That is all I can say. This is just the city of my dreams. Thanks for making such a good use of the buildings I have designed. For future updates I would really like to see some close-ups of street life in the city and I also think that a tramway would be an improvement to the city. Keep up the good works and thanks again!

OK folks, this is the story: You may know me as a batter, and in order to check that the bats are working properly You need to thest them (hence the name of the city). So I started this town to have a sandbox city to try my new buildings/ lots out. As time went by, Test Town was growing bigger and bigger, and to use some of the bridges stuff I have made it also got an intriquate rail system. So it was really fun playing Test Town for a while. Anyways, today I decided to put the Test Town development to an end. It has some very nice areas but also some buggy (not shown here) sides of random (stupid) planning descisions, un-demolishable bug-modded structures and lots that just cancer around how much You ever try to demolish them out. So I will start another city with a more clever name So to celebrate the history of Test Town and all the striving sims who built it, here comes some random shots in the first and also last update of the Test Town CJ: This is the Danelius Building right where it was plopped at the first time! The other 45 degree corner is made by Ferox. Up the street some Prepo houses. A train running trough my Bülowstrasse and October bridge. I am working on a few more of those train bats, but the lodding is hard, at least if You do not want to end up with a zillion polygon LOD. (If You do not know what a LOD is, it is something inside the game that eats memory). This roundabout turned out really nice... But... Hmm If You plop a landmark, sims are supposed to be attracted to it and develop nice buildings around it. Well, judge for Yourselves A shot of an High Tech and Commercial Office area, including some Simgoober ind and some yet un-released office buildings of mine. And here a not-so fancy industrial area with dirty and manufacturing industry. Backýard mania... I think that if You can not see the ground in SC, then it is a real city But if I was a sim Iwould have prefered living here in those small cliffhanger houses at the lake. Downtown shot with Vesters trams at NAM tram-in-avenue pieces. I really like those! Night train... More trams and 45 degree buildings... The Kolmiotalo and other buildings by by Prepo here. Night shot with one of those street corner bars. I think it is in those shots that Sim City really gets to life... ...or in this one. In this kind of views I think Sim City shows its most realistic side, because this is what 99% of the cities look like on Google Earth... Just ordinary houses where ordinary people live ordinary lives. I can really sit and wonder what the life of sims is like in those game evening hours. What are they doing there in their homes? What do they think about? Are they happy? Does god exist etc etc? Well I wont bother You more with those hard questions anymore, I just hope You liked the pictures. Greetings from Test Town! Yours, Odd

Olympian, You need Photoshop or a similar picture editing program. In Photoshop, select all (ctrl + a) and then use the edit -> transform -> skew command to change the perspective to Your likings. Al_4ev, not the best pic in the world.... but I think this looks like the standard Maxis graveyard fence. With Lot Editor, You can take the Maxis small park and add the fences. If You have not made any lots with the Lot Editor, then this should be a very good first thing to try to make. For a beginner, it is less than an hour's work.

I just love the run down areas. I saw "American Gangster" on DVD yesterday and this city looks just like in that movie!
