Downloaded and installed both mods. Look Great! Just a note, I did have to disable my antivirus software to install Vol. 10.

Thanks for the reply. am now using your Mods in my game, Yes you are correct that Amtrak is the only long haul rail in the "US" but there are also a bunch of regional passenger rail lines also. I really would be interested in the Amtrak passenger replacement mod if you release one.

Nice group of Fallen Flags roadnames. Are you going to do a more modern set, one with Conrail Included?

Where I live, the center city would be 1x2 lots, with the post war lots growing to 2x2. Out in the burbs the lots would be any size from 2x2, 2x3, or 3x3, with some 4x3's thown in. In the Ag zone there are residental lots, mostly 3x2 or 3x3, lining some roads with farm land around them.

Switchs for diagonal railroad diamond
IBBubba replied to drewpics's topic in SimCity 4 General Discussion
I belive that the "double slip" switch is a part on NAM. If it is missing you may have to reinstall NAM. Someone will correct me if I am incorrect. -
Hello all I seem to have a minor problem with my commercial demand. Until recently,7/4 when noticed, my commercial demand has dropped to -4500 in ALL cities. It even occurs with new cities, where the demand should be highest. I have deleted all plugins addend since 7/2. I think I may have missed something. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am ready to just uninstall and reinstall everything. I do have another question. Could I just move my plugin file out of the SimCity4 file folder, or the whole SC4 folder? I'll try both while waiting for a reply and report back. Thanks to all EDIT: Cannot remove the whole SC4 folder as all the regions reside there. Just remaned the plugin folder to test. EDIT 2 Removing the plugins does NOT solve the problem!!

Negative Commercial demand in all cities
IBBubba replied to IBBubba's topic in SimCity 4 General Discussion
UPDATE! The problem only shows up on existing regions. I created an new region and the demands for all property types are in the + side of the graph. Any region started prior the First of July has only positive R$ and some I-D, I-M, and I-HT. All other types are fully negative. Demand is like this in all citys in the region weither fully developed, partaly or newly created. -

I have been doing some work and still have not gotten the demand issue repaired Should I just wipe out and reinstall SC4 and reinstall everything up to the date I noticed the problem? -

Negative Commercial demand in all cities
IBBubba replied to IBBubba's topic in SimCity 4 General Discussion
It is all C's with maybe the exception of CS$. Moving the file I mention did remove alot of plugins but did not affect demand. I will look into the one in user maybe I'll find the odd plugin there Edit I was in the SC4 file in My Doc in User. so that was in it. Also the game created a new plugin folder. -
This sounds awesome! Where can I find the launcher? Go here

I run SC4, heavily modded on a Win 7 x64 quad core box. It is very stable. I do get CTD occasionally but I use Logic Bomb's "SC4 Launcher", so they are infrequent. Try it and see. .

Building overpasses greater than 15 meters in height.
IBBubba posted a topic in SimCity 4 General Discussion
Hello Learned SimCity users I enjoy this game and have able to get some large cities, pop over 200k. One thing I cannot figure out is how to build over passes greater than 15 meters. This is for any type of transportation network but mostly rail over anything and avenue over anything. I have the latest version of NAM and slope mods installed. Building rail in mountainous areas is difficult as it is but not being able to bridge valleys is annoying. Am I missing something?? I will try to find a screenshot of what Iam working on to show my issues Thanks -

I like railroading too. I am getting the hang of all the civil engineering to put in rail and highways,. but not being able to bridge either a deep cut or valley is a bit disappointing. -

Or rather, a limitation on time as the NAM team have spent their days focused on other networks. 30m overpasses will surely be something they'll get to, but patience is key. In the mean time, use terisu's Rain Tool to create a water pool, then draw a standard Maxis bridge over. I got the rain tool. I see how this would be useful over blank terrain but not over another transportation network. Will patiently await NAM updates Thanks again -

Thanks Another limitation of the game. Then why are there hole diggers greater than 15M, same with lot raisers?? It makes no sense to me. Same with tunnels too? -

SC 4 Rush Hour on EVGA Geforce GT 430
IBBubba replied to Salernitano's topic in SC4 Bugs & Technical Issues
I was having the same issue except with an AMD Radeon R6570. I got it to work using the edited start command. For some reason I could not use this command line on my RocketDock docklet, but that is not an issue for this forum. Thanks again.
