    This is an excellent idea and a long time coming. The game has always had a problem determining where different economic groups should settle. How about another mod, so that new residential development does not always start out as R$, regardless of how wonderful the neighborhood?

    This is a beautiful building that I would love to use, but there is a major problem. Instead of just a $5000 plop cost, it also has a monthly expense of $5000. I suspect this was unintended. Could you fix this and make it less costly per month, and then re-post it? Thanks so much.

    If the map is large (more than 1025 x 1025), you may need to resize it down to 1025 x 1025 in order for it to work. I just did this successfully for a map of Portland which was 2049 x 2049; in fact, I was able to crop the map any way I wanted so that I could have the map be exactly what I wanted. If this is your problem, let me know, and I will tell you how to make a region with it.
