  1. whenever i start to open a city, a game window shows . .. "warning! the city you are loading refers to the following plugin packs which are not available in your machine. You can continue the game in the absence of those packs, but some of the graphics and other info may be incorrect." -plugin pack 619123456 -plugin pack 1154978404 -plugin pack 1321536196 -some of the buildings nightlights dont show up. some buildings have lights, while others dont have. and some buildings are shown blank. and others shown giftwrapped. CAN SOMEONE PLS HELP ME AND TELL ME WHAT WRONG AND HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS? thanks.
