  1. German Historical Hospital

    Version 1.0

    16,402 Downloads

A German hospital for your European cities. In real life, this building is located in the spa-town of Karlshafen (Weser) which is a fine, yet small, example of 18th century city-building. With its boulevards and hotels and central lake it certainly has grandeur although the number of inhabitants doesn’t exceed that of a large village.
  2. Dutch Houses Amsterdam

    Version 1.0

    6,832 Downloads

Variation on modern housing blocks from the Western outskirts of Amsterdam (Sloten). Quite a few Dutch new residential city-areas have been built with buildings like this. Not so nice to see (especially when it rains - and it rains a lot in Holland...), but I'm sure they provide comfort inside for the people living there. R$, 3x1 lot 134 occupancy Stage 5 growable No dependencies.
  3. Dutch Housing Project Groningen

    Version 1.0

    9,529 Downloads

This building is a fine example of Dutch social housing in the 1920’s / 1930’s inspired by English suburban planning. Combined with historic Dutch features of city-building (courtyards and almshouses), these housing projects were very common in the years between WWI and WWII. Examples of these projects can be found in almost any Dutch city or town and were in fact the last mass-building housing projects before the Second World War.
  4. German Luxurious Houses 1

    Version 1.0

    10,009 Downloads

Two wealthy German villas for your cities to grow. The first villa was built just after the German unification and the second one doesn’t really exist in the present form. It’s actually part of a bigger W2W block in the town of Karlshafen (which is surprisingly small for a town with such centre athmosphere).
  5. Dutch Townhall Haarlem

    13,027 Downloads

The Townhall of Haarlem (Netherlands) is was built in the 12th century by the Counts of Holland and has been transformed into the townhall during the 13th century as the city grew to become one of Holland's main trading cities in the Golden Age. The town hall has been painted by famous Dutch painters as Berckheyde and It still serves as townhall of the provincial capital of North-Holland and is open to public.

R$$, 2x1, growable, inc night textures - A residential block form the Southern Hungarian city of Pécs. The building is situated in the main shopping street and is a bank in real-life. I've added a new picture. The first one had accents in the name. I think that's why it didn't appear...
  7. German W2W Shops

    Version 1.0

These two buildings were built in the late 19th century, after the German unification. The first stand along the Stadtring in Hameln and the second one is home to an Italian restaurant in the Bavarian city of Regensburg. Both growable buildings serve commercial purposes in the game.
  8. Dutch Historic Manor

    Edman, consider this a do-it-yourself package! ;-)
  9. Dutch Historic Manor

This is a 3d-model of the Amsterdam City Manor of Landgoed Frankendael. It has been built in 1660 and it's the last of its kind within the city boundaries of today. In real life, it can be found along the Middenweg leading towards the town of Diemen. In the game, you can use it as a landmark. I made a ploppable landmark out of it, on a 3x4 lot. Have fun!

In the late seventies and eighties many cheap social housing projects were finished in Dutch cities. Many of these projects still exist till today, such as this one found in Haarlem. Although not very charmful, they make up a certain percentage of some older neighbourhoods of Dutch cities. As of today, you can spice up your Dutch SC4-cities with these ugly and cheap apartments. In the game, they serve the purpose of a 5x1 R$6-residential.
  14. Dutch Historic House Purmerend

I've never been away. I just did'nt upload anything ;-)
  15. Delftse Poort (Nationale Nederlanden) Rotterdam - Remastered

Netjes. Niet eenvoudig om een zwarte doos als de Delftse Poort na te maken. Goed gelukt en herkenbaar. Good effort and realistic.
  16. New York Dutch Church

    Version 1.0

    4,027 Downloads

A Tribute to New York, celebrating its 400th anniversary 1609-2009. This old church was built by the Dutch in the 17th century in the colony of Nieuw Amsterdam, to be renamed New York later. The building can be seen in many old paintings from that era depicting the view of the city. In 1674, the Dutch traded Nieuw Amsterdam for Suriname as a result of the Treaty of Breda. After the English takeover, some Dutch buildings survived for a while, but city fires like the Great Fire of 1835 eventually destoryed all of them over time. I made the model by comparing 10 different old paintings and drawings found on the internet and combining them along with architecural elements found in existing old Dutch churches in The Netherlands. The church is placed on a 2x2 Landmark lot.

Dutch historic house from the town of Purmerend, located at the 'Wagenbeurs'. In the game it serves as a R$$$ 1x1 lot. Enjoy.

Hee, ziet er mooi uit! Looks nice!
  19. Dutch Brick W2W Residential

@Heblem: Hard to say with these Mansard-roofs. It could very well be, but on the other hand, given the low angle of the pic, it could very well be not. But, i admit, I gambled a bit with the size of the roof! ;-)
  20. Dutch Brick W2W Residential

    Version 1.0

An original W2W-building form Dutch Haarlem. These row houses were built around 1890 by the time the city was expanding rapidly due to industrial development. In your game, these buildings will grow in your cities as R$$ residentials. I’ve included 6 lots with this download. Have fun!
  21. Dutch Old City Corner

    Version 1.0

    7,691 Downloads

This is a W2W corner building for your cities in Dutch style. It was erected around 1900 in one of the neighbourhoods directly West of Haarlem city centre. A lot of medium income homes were built in this style around the country in several cities in that time. In your cities you can use it as a R$$ building for you Sims to live in.
  22. The Lexington

Looks tremendous! Nice gardens as well.
  23. Hagestraat Dutch Riverside Buildings

    Version 2.0

    7,870 Downloads

Hagestraat (Spaarne) Dutch Riverside Buildings Two buildings that are neighbouring buildings in real-life too. They overlook the river Spaarne in downtown Haarlem, Holland. The stepped gable is a nice example of Dutch architecture around 1610-1630 and the left building has probably been built shortly after the French occupation ended. My guess is that only to front gable was rebuilt by 1820 and the inside and back side are in fact much older. This is Version 2. In all cases players who have previous versions installed of these lots are required to bulldoze these lots in their cities and remove them from their plugins folder before installing this update. For removing old versions you need to run the included cleanitol scrip with the nos.17's SC4 Cleanitol or with the BSC Cleanitol TM tool STATS R$$$ 1x1: Lot size : 1x1 Growth Stage: 6 (medium & high density residential zoning) Bulldoze Cost: § 302 Capacity Satisfied: R$ - 65, R$$ - 37 R$$$ - 18 Pollution: 1 (Air)/ 1 (Water)/ 4 (Garbage) Pollution Radius: 6/7/0 Power Consumed: 2 Mwh Water Consumed: 6 Gal/Month Building Style: Euro/NY Occupant Group: High Wealth Residential Building Dependencies: NONE* *Alternatively you can use the Haarlemmergold Dutch MEGA Pack v2, that contains the essential model for this upload. Installation: Copy/Extract the Haarlemmergold parent folder into your plugins. If you extracted the ~Documents folder into you plugins too, it's highly recommended to keep it, but move it out of the Plugins folder. To Un-Install the files, simply bulldoze every lot from this download in your cities and delete the files from the plugins folder afterwards. Tyberius06 edit; see change log, 22.07.2024
  24. Dutch Old Canal Buildings

    Version 1.0

    8,129 Downloads

These historic Dutch buildings can be found in the city of Haarlem (what a surprise!). The left one is located in the Koningstraat in the shopping district and the white building on the right can be found along the Nieuwe Gracht (‘NewCanal’). I guess the left one was built in its present form by around 1750 and the canal building was built around 1800.
  25. Dutch Farm Pack

    Version 1.0

    6,717 Downloads

UPDATE: I forgot to add the model files for the farms. This was fixed in this update. I created a small pack of Dutch farm buildings. It contains a modern barn as seen much in the Dutch countryside, a farm building from the province of South-Holland with a built- in small barn and a small farm building from North-Holland (Edam e.o.). I also made a few LOTs with the buildings, but being a city-boy myself without any knowledge of how a realistic farm lot should look like, I must stress that this pack is mainly meant to make a farm-LOT yourself! So have fun with this do-it-yourself pack!
