The 1x2 low wealth, low density lots develop just fine. The problem comes when medium wealth starts appearing. As soon as medium wealth begins developing, the medium wealth residents start taking 2x3 lots... I have the Realism Mod. Thanks again.

Hello there. I've recently began a new city and started experimenting with gridless zoning. To my surprise, zones wouldn't develop... So, I began using the old fashion grid zoning, and at first, the low wealth, low density houses would appear, but as my city developed, the low wealth lots (1x2 in size) began developing into 2x3 medium wealth, low density lots... I've tried separating the zones, but when i do that, nothing will grow. Is there anyway to fix this??? Thanks in advance.
