    Hello all I am vincent, 26, living in hong kong got the game but not the patch yet got some problem with it at first, way too hard, then I realize I should only spend as much as the sims could afford (keeping expense under income)... and some very helpful hints like caps busters from this site... Iam happy to say that I could get 50k sims in within an hour. I think that's pretty okay for a newbaby but that way, I did start with the very first Simcity, those 9 tiles blocky things Vincent
