i just went back to the last update and i say that downtown needs to be at that interchange where the current commercial is and tthen make this city tile on this update into suburbs -

by that time, industry should be replaced by commercial. the game works by having people that work at industry (maybe farms) then that makes money for schools so that your sims can have commmercial jobs and a few hightech jobs but not that much indusrty. and if you don't want to downgrade your industry then expand to the nieghboring city tile.

@Aldini10 : RHW doesn't only allow frieght traffic. It works with all road traffic , bus, car, truck. -

i try to build with basic realism, downtown in center with lower density suburbs. but it is halfly grid in the suburbs and mostly grid in DT -

try relocating jobs intown to the new corrider area(some loss in farmland) and plan it well. That will save gas and pollution -
I need someone to make a mod that makes a city ordinace that covers the cost of your garbage expense. The ordinace would act as a garbage tax to the citizens. This would save you the money that you spend on garbage collecton.
