    A great idea! A cricket stadium is something simcity 4 is really lacking - I will be recommending this at the SAIC over on Simsports!

    Are you sure you are using 'highways' because it is usually avenues found under roundabouts...

    Perhaps you should try bulldozing all other roads to your industry for a few game months. Sims will then consider the tunnel as an option.
