when i build highways, i like to stick with avenues within the main city where the cbd is and highway spurs going into it ending at an avenue in the cbd and once the rest of the area is more developed i build a beltway around the city with one end of the spur ending at the beltway and one within the cbd

if i were u id fine Single Track Rail for ur cities it gives a great look to the more rural areas and it is easy to upgrade once the time is right -

try naming neighborhoods following a theme for ex. Tree names (maple,aspen,oak, etc.) or Birds (Robin, Cardinal, Eagle, etc.)

i really like the median you have for RHW-4 and this is great to show the dark side of sc4 instead of sparkling metropolises -
i had that at first after downloading and thats with nam update but within two days it was working fine

every time i try to use the new rhw 4.0 it crashes. i think it may have something to do with the new nam may 2010 version but i cant be sure. Help please?

i thnk what happened was that in that picture the road overpass that you passed was for RHW 4 rather than RHW 2 -

i recently went through this confusing process as well. you must go to documents on your computer if you have installed it and then place the config in a new folder that you created with it

after the window pops up and i select the map file (config) nothing happens. i'm very confused why.

what really should be upgraded is the northeast from boston to washington. most populated and heavily traversed area in the united states -
it is when i click on "load region" the new folder in the tutorial that i created under regions is not there.

it is on that tutorial in which i have problems on step 18. how do you "load region"?
