    ***This is a PROP to be placed in your own home-made festival parks. I have been wanting to make a summer festival park for a while and the Fair grounds stage already in the game was not doing the job so here I have made a new summer festival music stage. It is a prop to be used as the centerpiece of your festival grounds. This lot is only the stage, I made a park but I was not happy with some of it so after you download this you will have to make your own festival grounds w/ the L.E....which you may prefer to do anyway. The night lights are not exactly as I wanted them but I didn't want any lights to dominate the stage,just complement it so I went easy on lights and such. There was supposed to be a light on the front of the stage for the lead singer but it did not work out for me as I intended. NOTE: Anyone who wants to make a full festival park and put it up on the exchange is welcome, you may even change the desc. of the stage (I left it as eye candy). Just please give me, INCOGNITO, credit for the stage. I hope you like this. It does have 'flaws' but those were left in to give it a used,old,dirty look. Any comments,questions,change requests,etc are welcome. Thanks!

    Cool. I just saw Van Halen and in the paper was a story of a local guy who met EVH at this place and how they are still friends to this day. Great work!

    The pics looks a little blurry. Not bad but It looks as if you took a pic of this building with a cellphone camera. But it's good enough to see you did a good job with this.

    It's not too big. It's too small. We have a transit center that does all of this and its 3 times this size. You should have made this deeper and had the tables and such in the back of the bench area. I like it though. I would expand upond this and make a large bus transit center/garage.

    Oh you gotta make this ploppable. it's too distinct a design..I don't want 9 of these popping up all over the place but I would for sure use it as a ploppable. Great work otherwise!

    Perfect but for the no roof junk. We need more buildings between 5 and 20 floors. The 60 floor towers are great but I really like these smaller ones...I need more like this one. :o)

    Sorry about the file size but to make it realistic it has to be big. That is also why I released a stage only prop so people can get the stage and make a park as big or small as they want. If anybody wants just the grandstand let me know and I will post it as a prop. :o)

    You can't tell but I used the 'Country USA' logo and on the video board is Toby Keith :oD. When I set out to make this I had those large summer country music festivals in mind,the kind that last 4 days and have 20+ bands,etc. :o)

    I am all set to render a 'in the round' style rock stage that will sit in the middle of the field between the two grandstands. I want to give everybody some different options so I will likely make a total of 3 different stages. So,tell me what you want to see and I will do my best.

    No,the VIP section are the beach chairs already in the game. I might have to tinker with making my own chairs so I can have them at least show up to zoom 3. Sorry about the zip file name..when I put them into the zip that was the name it was given and I never thought to change it.

    Here is a basic lot using my concert stage and now my covered grandstand. This is for those who want something they can use right away or if they do not wish to make thier own festival grounds. This lot will work well when placed beside the county fair grounds or it can be used by itself. Once again,my stage and/or grandstands may be used in other projects so long as I am given credit. In zoom 5 you will see the VIP chair section located front and center of the stage but in higher zooms all you see is grass ( Comments and questions welcome and suggestions are always appreciated.

    Yeah...it would be cool to have little band members on stage..even if they didn't move. I also wish I could make the video boards light up at night or have movement. I tried nitelites but it didn't look right...it looked like a window instead of a video screen.

    Look for an update tomorrow or Wed.I am making some additional stuff and will be making a full concert park so those who want to download and play can w/o having to make thier own park. Ideas or suggestions are welcome...so if you have a request post it ASAP.

    Yeah,my park didn't pan out,the ground tiles are messed up for whatever reason,that is why I just posted the stage prop and not the entire park.I used the dirt/grass mixed tiles to give the field a worn look but in-game it was just grass. Thanks for the comments! :o)

    The good: the detail,the textures,the base is perfect,the lot is very well done. What I would change: The two towers look more commercial office than hospital, I would like to see the towers shorter and more square. Over-all excellent work. 9/10 for me.

    IMO stuff like post office should be ploppable. I put these with police stations,schools and the like. looks good otherwise.

    Love it! But,some suggestions. The stairs are too steep and you might want to put a fence/guard rail on the sides opposite the stairs..all you would need is for a little 5 year old sim to run off the side and land in the street. But the concept is very nice,you should continue to work on it.,
