I've posted this somewhere else (not sure where though, because there are so many threads about this topichttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/23.gif>) but I would like to see a Zellers (or Target), a Macs or 7-11 (or similar convenience store) and a Radio Tower thats taller than the ones on the tv or radio lots. There's some buildings from the Lakehead (Thunder Bay) I'd like too see, but I guess I'll have to make them myselfhttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/8.gif>. I'll have to learn GMax sometime, Ehhttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/22.gif>? Good thing it's the weekendhttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/22.gif>! BTW- for anyone who wants some textures, especially for Glass skyscrapers, visit www.freewebs.com/ctekhome . More pics daily. Good Luck, BAT Buildershttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/4.gif>. (EDIT-- the site is now updated.) DO IT FOR CANADA, EH!https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/22.gif>

I'm in Thunder Bay Ontario. It's Much better than Toronto Because we don't get smog every summer, and we can shovel our own snow!!!

Screenshots of what freeways in Simcity 5 should look like!

You keep showing large interchanges, but in a small town, they would seem out of place. It would be cool if the game had a 2-lane or 4-lane undivided highway option, and a simpler on/off ramping system, like the ones used in Thunder Bay, Ontario. For more pics of the city, visit http://maps.city.thunder-bay.on.ca/onpoint/onpoint/ That site may take a while to load, so if you have dial-up, don't go there. Also, it would be nice if you could put the highways underground at any point. There are offramps on the edges of the curves on opposite sides of the intersection. Like cloverleaf interchanges, but smaller and without the loops. This particular intersection was supposed to be made into an interchange, but city council rejected the idea because it was costly an the population was going down. I live down the street from it ant traffic is always backed up, but if you had a small town (less than 50,000) this would probably work fairly good. I wouldn't mind seeing normal-shaped cul-de-sacs like the one in the picture, either. Also, this intersection has traffic lights and turning lanes. (the picture is from 1996)
