Ok thank, i hope they get this fixed soon. I upgraded my GPU to the ATI 5770 before i got chance to read this topic lol, but thats not to bad at least i can play some of my other games with the increased FPS this card offers me.

Hi all, i never played CXL 2009 because at the time i didn't have a computer that could run it. Now i have a better comuter that can play Napoleon Total war online in a 3v3 battle with medium to high settings but CXL 2011 lags after i reach around 35 to 40k population, i don't know why. I have lowered my settings as low as i can and still i get lag, can you run it say's my computer is fine with the performce hitting the far right. Operating system: Windows 7 X64 bit CPU: Amd Athlon 2 X4 640 Memory: 8GB's DDR3 GPU: GT220 1GB memory (latest drivers installed) HHD: 500 GB's sata with around 116Gb's free space DirectX version: 11 (see can you run it resaults for NTW picture bellow) In fact here is a screenshot of the can you run it resaults.

Thanks for the warning, i had to reinstall my game it was acting strange no one would go to work, the whole city is connected via roads, trains etc etc and the commut times was ok till they stopped going to work, i also had loads of buildings been built that was parcels. Now i will only add what i think helps the game, like better schools, better garbage lots etc etc. Of course the April 08 Nam aswell. Thanks for the warning again, i won't download any plopable buildings as i read either on this or another site that placing plopable buildings with jobs for industrail and/or commercial can give off false information.

I'm looking for good plopable commercial and industrial buildings with jobs, if they don't have jobs i don't want them. The reason for this is because its more ideal for a city i'm planning on building. I have found a few for the industrial section but most of the plopable buildings with jobs i found was in the commercial section and its mainly industrial i need now. This is my second post but i would like to add that this is an excellent site with really good addons. I've already added a lot to my game and some things i don't use but like i have backed up and started removing from the plugins folder to help provent freezing and crashing problems in SC4. If anyone can help with this please can you let me know. Thanks in advance and best wishes Roy.

Never did get an answer to this but because i have had similar problems in the past i have managed to solve it somewhat, although its not perhaps going to solve the problem for all game it might help for SC4 to run. Defrage you computer, disk clean up, clear cookies and temp files, all this is what i have to do at least once a week in order to play Microsoft Flight Simulator X without too much problems. I also have AMD processor and haven't had any problems with mine, in fact my partner had an Intel processor and she struggled to get FSX to load as it would crash after a few minutes back to the desktop, the battle between AMD and Intel can and should only be brought up with games that require high end computer's and FSX is one such game. Anyway hope this helps sort your problem out, the only other thing i can think of is you've put to much in your plugins folder which i read somewhere can and will slow your computer down and can even course it to crash to the desktop. P.S. does anyone know if their will be another expantion pack for SC4 or are they making SC5 now?
