This is worth coming out of the dark forest to say... Oh great normac, thank you for your help! In my many years of playing this game, I have never had any clue as to how to get rid of buildings that wouldn't demolish on their own. The only solution that I thought existed was to blow up the city and start over like Goldfish suggested. Just recently, I plopped a library that I could not get rid of until I tried what you said. Thank you.

Dolfan, your city is coming along very nicely. I like all the green, open space and the nice design of the road/avenue/freeway system. Just about any person would want to like in such a peaceful region like Apex Valley. A city just like yours should be the goal of any Simtropolis members who are looking to build a nice place for Sims to live.

Beyurslf, I don't know what the requirements for the space craft are, but I would suggest that you use the you don't deserve it cheat if you can't meet them all. It might be a little easier then trying to meet every single game requirement for every single reward you want but can -
Sim Goober, the Omni Hotel looks almost perfect based on that night shot; just as good as any real hotel. I'm sure it will fit in very well in our midsize to large cities. The mosque looks really great as well. I'm sure any religious organization in our cities would love to have such a spectacular building for worship. Keep all the great buildings coming!

Excellent work, kd5rax. The Skydome will look great in all of our cities, especially since we have very few good sports stadiums/arenas to choose from in the game. I hope that your work inspires other BAT artists to try stadiums and/or arenas in the future. -

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile, but for those who are interested in making a wonderful freeway sign, please check out this website: SignMaker . Once there, make your sign, use Print Screen to save it, then edit it in a paint program to meet your specific needs. It is a truly wonfderful program! By the way, I always enjoy reading this journal, keep the updates coming!

I agree, you should keep those buildings dark, as dark as they are in the picture, as dark as they are now. No need for changes to their color, they look great! Keep up the good work on this project. -

WOW... this is coming along nicer then I thought it was. In a few months when it is all set and ready to be released, my best region should be ready for it (Population Wise). I can just imagine... Library Tower, World Trade Center, and so many more BAT skyscrapers. I love skyscrapers. It makes me hungry just to think about what is coming up... -

Nice city, MayorTim. I just wanted to ask, do you use any special mods or plopables on this city? It looks really good, and I was hoping to learn a little about what master city builders use in their cities (Not that I am new to this game, I've been playing since that first rainy day when I got Sim City 2000, and have bought Sim City 3000 and Sim City 4 since then). Keep the updates coming! I am looking foreward to reading all of them.
