Network Addon Mod Lite (NAM Lite) - Cross Platform
Slammed0 commented on NAM Team's file in Transportation
Loving the NAM Lite, but is anybody having issues with the highway connections? I cannot get elevated and ground level highways to connect. I have to go out of the game, cut and move the NAM Lite folder out of the SC4 Plugins folders, go back in the game and connect my highways, and then reverse it to get NAM Lite back.- 6 Comments

So, I mentioned this earlier in the thread from 2019, that building list is fantastic, however, my SC3 game (that I got from GOG) seems to always crash to the desktop when I am trying to replace buildings in the game. Then, after the crash, when I go back into the game, the game won't show my building lists at all. So, I have to uninstall and reinstall. Anybody else having this issue or anything similar? While not a necessary part of the game, it would be nice to change out some buildings.

Glad to see there is still a website with some building downloads! I thought most of those were gone forever. Pains me, I wish I would have saved the hundreds of building replacements I collected over the years from the SimCity Exchange site, but unfortunately, I lost them over the years. Most of the buildings I just tried from that building exchange archive work, however, seems my SC3 is very unstable and trying to download too many at a time into the list (in the game).

It's amazing how well SimCity 4 has aged
Slammed0 replied to drocca's topic in SimCity 4 General Discussion
Well said. SimCity 4 is a fantastic game and I still play it to this day. It's actually crazy to me that it came out in 2003. Doesn't feel like it did. Heck, I still play, love, and very much enjoy SimCity 3000. -
Thank you very much!

Can somebody help point me in the right direction on how to download regions that users make? I was cruising the ST-Exchange and saw some neat looking maps that users have made that I would like to build on. I thought I found one thread that kind of explained it but it did not work for me. Thanks!

I guess that is something I never thought about. With this graphically intense game, a huge city would gobble up all computer resources.

Ya I too wish you could make bigger city areas.

Wow. I'm surprised the majority of people of here didn't like SC3000. I loved it. I still do. In fact, call me crazy, but I often play it more than SC4. Don't get me wrong, I think both are great, but I just enjoyed some of the simplicity of SC3000. Not to mention I like working on one big city, or area. I can't stand the many different city regions they make you work with in SC4. I like the concept, but there are just too many tiles. At least give me one giant tile with a few smaller "suburban" area tiles on the outside.

Hmmmm......sounds technical. I usually can figure these things out though so I will look into it.

I was curious if there was any way to change the city sizes in a region? I tried doing a search for this but came up with nothing even close. Thanks!
