I have been in contact with the EA support team by email, and they think it has to do with my joblist, so they recommended me to shut down some of the jobs, but it didn´t work. I am just puzzled, because my computer hasn´t changed any specifications since the last time I had the game installed. This time the game is brand new, and... nothing. Why is it so difficult to get it towork? Ireally need someone who can help me out

I had the game some time ago, but due to a virus I had to reformat the entire harddrive, deleting everything in the process. Now everything is cool again. I have checked that there are no small traces of the old game, and I bought a completely new game, deluxe edition, installed it, and it works fine. Until I start actually playing. The second I try to lay road, my computer restarts. EVERY TIME. I have not downloaded anything, the game is an original, with the registration code and everything. I just don´t understand.
