    You cannot have a ploppable residential building. Once plopped, the building just deteriorates.

    Unless it was the fix that you updated on the 25th, you should rename the DAT files in the zip. They're both named LyrePlaza Growable.

    Phenomenal lot. You continue to outdue yourself goldiva and as long as you keep making these incredible lots, I'll keep putting them in my city. Now I'm going to get my thesaurus cause I'm running out of compliments.

    This is one of the greatest lots on the entire exchange and one of the top 3 best residential lots I've seen so far. There is no question that this lot is Maxis-level quality.

    And I'm a Squatter! And yes, this mosr definitely solved my problem. My Sims are finally using the Monorail and the trains are humming along the tracks. Not only that, because it uses the same model, I didn't have to replace any of the stations. Thanks so much for fixing this cause its such a great lot

    So theres no way for the Modern Mono-Sub-Bus station to actually utilize all options? I think its a great building, thats obviously why i downloaded it and built my network around it.

    Brenda, I downloaded your monorail station and used to replace my elevated rail network. The multiple functionatily is really great and the modern design is ever better. However, for some reason, the stations work for subway and bus traffic. but not for monorail. I checked the traffic volume for monorail and the stations don't show up as part of the network. This means that I have a completely useless monorail network and its been wrecking havok on my residential areas and their commute times. Please check out this lot of yours and try to make a fix for it.

    This doesn't have monorail functionality. It shows use because of the bus and subway, but despite a complete monorail network in my city of 50,000, theres is no traffic of that sort shown on the rails or in the traffic volume tab. I posted the same issue on your post in the BAT Discussion Forum.
