About This File
This is my first BAT modelled building. The 'Novelty' tooth was modelled in the BAT and was originally intended for a small dental clinic,
but the model turned out too large. The modelling is lacking a bit, but this is the first version of the lot, it looks more like
the michelin man lol. Anyway this is what i made, a Dental College, capacity 3300 students with a total $6000 m/m, plop cost $10,000.
It also has a greater EQ effect than a normal college and slightly larger radius. The novelty tooth was a hit in emerald bay so the local council decided to
add spotlights, lighting up the tooth at night. Hope you enjoy 
Note: Currently working on smoothing etc, and nightlights in the tooth, so there will be updates on this file. Also planning a dental clinic
may also add a Low wealth health service to this College (as sims can get free dental treatment from students...ouch!)
