Sunset Terrace Apartments is my first BAT that has actual night windows. After some troubleshooting and aggravation I finally got them to work. This building uses Goldiva's custom nitewindow textures so a big thank you to her. Cerulean's (sp?) base lot textures are also used in this lot. Also, this is my first growable lot. It has the attributes of a standard R$$ lot. Just zone a 3x4 area where R$$ demand is high and it should pop right up.
Also, just like my fellow BATer morhavoc, I can't seem to get nitewindows to work in-game so if anyone happens to get a screenshot of this building at night could you please PM me the pic so I can update the lot.
Also included is one of my pool props with a hot tub.
If you don't already have Cerulean's base textures you can simply open the lot in the Lot Editor and customize it to you liking.
However I recommend downloading them simply because they ROCK...
