Hi there Let me introduce u this issue... When I make the two or three lanes Aves (without center), no idea with the rest, these are the ones I mainly use, there aren't automatas, it's hard to catch one or two cars, even though the ave is being massively used. I put the traffic generator beside but nothing happens. Am I placing wrong the pieces? I don't think so though, otherwise they wouldn't even work. Are they like this? Perhaps... It shows pedestrians as normal. Finally, I want to say thanks in advance. Cheers!

I'll try it out, then see what happens. Other issue appears when I check the routes, the green arrow begins in the NWM avenue but it suddenly go up, but UP, like it goes normally straight on the road then go weirdly up, crossing the whole city...

That is, the file I have is the: Automata_Plugin_Standard. So I just need to replace it for the 24 hr. I have a ZZZ_Persistent_Automatamod_HI Could it be making problems to the NWM? Sorry I cannot make any pic cause I'm on Mac now (I use bootcamp) but with jrm pic and Tarkus explanation you get what I mean.

Awesome guys, thank you. It's not a graphic or game configuration, I'm pretty sure. Seems like I don't have any automata plugin installed, so maybe I need that 24 hr thing. Is it a mod? What does it? All my roads are fine, they show lot of traffic unlike the MWM. Please tell me where to get it!

ImVhozzi: Yes, I use them, but they aren't normally grassless, you have to download a mod (which I already got). But I want a mod to change the grass in the Maxis aves, I knew there was one but I can't find it! Thank you! Btw In spanish 'Aves' mean 'Birds',... sounds weirdly odd to me.

Thank you guys I do use the Fightthepower, the problem are the pop up messages from the power assistant, the city may not need power anymore but he ''thinks'' that I'm so evil that I leave the Sims without power LOL, and some street lights won't turn on So I guess I just need a high capacity power plant... but just a single one The mod thing sounds great, I'll check out that stuff. The hydrogen plant is too big, there's no space in my cities for it (unless it's a suburb or low area, but I currently need something very small, easy to hide) I'm using the PEG solar panels, I need about 5 to feed 300.000 sims (always with the power ordinance ON, otherwise I'd need about 40) Would I be able to change or mod the PEG solar panel?

Hi Yes, I'm cheating, just because I like to make the city the way I wish! I use the Power ordinance from the Radical mod, but after 300.000 it stops working for some unknown reason and the Power and Water guy begin to complain, telling you thinks like 'The king of Hell' or some like that. So, along with this I want to build a power plant with an ultra-hyper-high capacity. Does it exist? Where? The smallest the best. Cheers!

Hi all I use the default Maxis Map, but I need it bigger, is it possible to do so? How can I do it? I just want some 4-5 medium tiles por each direction, I'm open to receive tips or the gift itself. After this I plan to transfer my cities just like they are in the current map, that should be all. Thanks!

Try the power conservation act in the Radical Ordinance Mod. It gets down all power requirements to 5%, so you can build a powerful plant, I use the PEG solar panel very often, as it's small and techno. For a 350.000 city I would need about 3. Believe me, it's better than hearing (reading actually) the utility advisor becoming a pain in the a... LOL

Honestly, I prefer the radical anti-dillapidation mod. I don't spend my time playing building a city which may or will look black... It reminds me the Caesar or the Sierra series (Pharaoh, Emperor, etc)... I always hated the properties to go backwards! For me these examples are absolutely pointless. -

Nice one Aknowledged. What I didn't like was your last sentence. I mean I need to add tiles to the left and top! I won't modify my current region (based on the Maxisland default map) but i can get a brand new Maxisland or Timbuktu, whichever works. Being new, without cities, can I add tiles wherever I want? If not, how can I do it? -

Sorry for using this same thread, if the moderator doesn't like this please merge it somewhere... I've got plenty of his stuff, they're simply amazing, but I've been realizing their lack of night lightning... is there a fix for this? cause most of his buildings don't have them, (of course I do have installed the updates) Cheeeers -
I just build them to make a more real city, even though they're not being used at all.

I don't agree with you guys when you say 'whether it's asian, european, american, etc'... for example I live in Latinamerica and here we've got a blend of everything, tall buildings which may look like asian ones, european looking downtowns and centres, american infraestructure, highways and so on. So, as I live in a city with these characteristics, I've been building my cities this way, like a blend of everything! Also, here we have fully mixture of old and new buildings, maybe you wouldn't believe this but it's so common in this continent. Some people might not like this, but we're so used to it that we just love it. Nice thread anyway, I've never thought on making a CJ for myself, I've got in mind plenty stories and stuff, as my region is my city, I'll wait until I finish it all, I still need to build some important zones! Best -
There isn't a pack itself, as far as I know... You have to download all the buildings you like one by one. Don't be lazy and keep searching.

I build the region as one single megalopolis, so I plan each zone as Industrial, commercial, residencial, with suburbs, sub-centres, the main downtown, historic town, etc. I've been building my city-region for all these years, so I never begin a new city from 0. If X zone is finished, I keep building the shape to make it look as a real huge and developed city.

Official Mapping Community Requests - Take Two

Guys please, I've been working, since always, in the former-Maxisland/Timbuktu map, cause I just loved it, of course that I've changed its name and most of its geography (well, just a little bit) But the borders are getting closer and there's too much developed city near-by, so I need full space for my suburbs, farms and that stuff, so, I'll be pleased if somebody would do an extension of it, in the 4 directions, like 4 more medium tiles in each direction, respecting the default landspace, or something better. Hope you understand my request, if not, I'll try to explain it again. Thanks in advance btw, Santiago maps looks amazing, I just missed the river somewhere, love to see my city landscape in a map! -
^ Yes it gotta be, I've got that one so should be Ok. I'm also looking for the Castle Ramparts prop files, do you know if it can be found elsewhere but not in ea.simcity.com.?
