Good to see another update, looks good......and welcome to the area, as you'll soon find out, a large part ot the population in Charlotte, the Charlotte Metro for that reason are of a transplant nature........as far as the McCroy line goes, it's the label many in Charlotte put on the light rail project into the Southend along South Blvd to I-485 from Uptown. Mainly because the project has well exceeded the proposed budget to build it by millions of dollars. Many feel that the light rail will never see a profit in return because, a) of the loosely dense population base in the Charlotte region, (most of the high density housing is in and around Uptown to begin with) and b) it will be more of a novelty thing to do instead of a way to work and entertainment in Uptown. As far as the name McCroy line, the mayor supports it, his name is Pat McCroy...........you'll never read this in the Charlotte (disturber) Observer........listen to WBT 1110.....you'll hear things not in the paper...............

Like what I'm seeing..........I love how you seem to be giving it that "sprawl" that is such a way of life here, dare i say it, "low density" residential. It's just been in the past few years that they have even looked at high rise residential in the uptown inside the loop. Please tell me you are gonna eventually gonna work in the "McCroy Line" in the South End, LOL, (local joke there)............great CJ, look forward to more........

Looking forward to see what you do with this. I too live in the Charlotte Metro area. I work in Charlotte and live on I 85 about an hour every evening as it comes to a complete halt crossing the Catawba River..........looks good, will check back.
