    This is a great design, you should present it to Sheraton. Having worked in the hospitality game the one a few items tend to be missing in STAX hotels. Banquet space seems rarely represented but, in reality keeps a hotel in the red. Underground parking is usually a required in any city/tower based hotel. Regardless, great work.

    Nice job. Very realistic to the typical Double Tree branded buildings built in the early 1980's. I made a lot of cookies in a building like this years ago.

    I like the flag. One of my big gripes about Sim City has always been the range of the school coverage. Many schools in the Southwest US accomidate over 3000 high school students.
