Normally when you download something from simtropolis the building could require " dependancies " which are normally in the readme that comes with the lot. Without downloading and installing these you will get the brown box. Hope this helps.

Ive had driver3 since last thursday , and even though ive only done a couple of levels , i havnt noticed any glitches and am impressed with it so far. Not grand theft by any standerds but it will do untill san andreas comes out.
