The NAM Team Presents... Dragable FAR

Plopping Fractional Angled curves and roads is now a thing of the past with the new DragFAR! The NAM Team officialy reveals this piece of technology for the upcoming NAM 31 release and shows what it can do!

On behalf of the NAM Team,

    Maarten

(NOTE: the plopable curves will still remain available in the next NAM, so don't worry if you can't get used to the new FAR construction method)

Well done, ladies and gentlemen. Now that we've had a couple of teasers, I hope we don't have to wait as long as some have waited for the new baby game.

I love the last scene showing the new SimCity guitar city and then the replica of it in SC4 with this new NAM technology.

Yep, no need to go to the new one when so many aspects of it are stupid and SC4 just keeps getting better every year.

Simply amazing... this will change the game more than it already has. I see more FAR use in my future. Great work NAM team!

OMG - not only the draggable function, but also automatic wealth textures!! Will there be pavers for higher density and grass for low density, just like the default roads?

T Wrecks, to answer your question, the wealthification works exactly like the default roads. Different zone types will mean different sidewalks, and they'll match either the default Maxis textures, or any custom sidewalk mod you may have installed.

This is amazing! I find FAR very limiting right now because of the texturing gaps. This is a "game" changer :) Thanks!
