Road55: Well, I must say, it isn't the best thing on this exchange, but allow me to offer some constructive critique. I must say it does look like the default Maxis. So maybe try adding more changes to it, such as moving the building around, and maybe make it a bit more niticeably different. That may not be much but it is only what I think. Thanks for trying.

great place for a seaport ;)

This is a very good idea, i like the extra realism that it will provide to any CJ trying the war angle, which will look sooo much better.

What is the radius of the hospital effect? Does it include an ambulance? btw, It's awesome looking.

Let me put it this way: as it stands, this is a very good BAT. I happily downloaded it and can't wait to use it. However, it has the potential to be more than very good. If you follow simhottoddy's advice and make a BAT thread, you could very well have the best BAT on the entire exchange, period. No exaggeration--it's hard to imagine anything better than a perfectly executed Woolworth, and you're 90% of the way there. Well, maybe a perfect Pennsylvania Station could top it. Hint hint.

Wow! I'd have liked to have seen some more interesting stuff done with the nightlighting, but other than that, I can't fault it, an easy 5 from me. Well done.

Great concept, we have a lot of water towers like this in Australia, but the textures and those rungs... Otherwise, brilliant!

The textures on this need ALOT of work. The ladder rungs look way too big for a structure of this size as well.
