There is no need to troll this upload. If you can make your own bitmap, config file and you know how to do it good for you. Lots of people don't. You also need to know the correct shade of blue, green and red to use or it will not work. Just because something is simple does not mean it doesn't have value. Craig-abcvs Simtropolis Moderator.

Its simpler if you use Landscape Designer than using MS Paint.

These are pretty simple to do, heck even I can do these!

I don't understand who gave you a 1/5. This is much needed. 5/5

Craig-abcvs Simtropolis Moderator has a point guys. It may be simple and easy enough to make, but it could save a newbie a good ammount of time learning how to make it for himself. Although I aggree with some of you that there are already quite a few maps on the STEX like this.

You can make one of these with the SC4 Start-Up Manager in a few seconds.

actually no, I've never heard that term, we called marbles marbles at my school. Every year, at some indefinite time, would be "marble season"

Ok well don't download it and make your own then! Geez he's trying to help you all out by having it already made so you don't have to make it yourself even if it does take a couple minutes. Some of these folks are so ungrateful! I'm gonna download!!

Hey Drunkapple, this map looks amazing. I am having difficulty trying to find a program to download (SC4 Mapper) doesnt want to open. I am using Vista and read that there are some problems with using the Mapper program. Is there anyway I am able to get this map on SC4? Its all so confusing Cheers

Some wonderful work here, it's just a shame i don't have all the dependencies to run these lots.

Again, all you did was added the fences and that's it. If you really want to lot a geyser, try to listen to suggestions since we're all trying to help you. Just use custom content props such as effects and other thing to make this more natural as Simhoddty said eariler.

just a tip - try to make the rocks look more natural, not just a pile of rocks intentionally stacked together. not much of an improvement. also, look to real pictures for guidelines on what the finished product should look like. you have a decent start here.
  19. 1 point
That's a geyser?!? It looks like a pile of stones with water coming out!
  20. 1 point
IMHO I really don't see much of an improvement. The rocks that everyone pointed out as being odd are still present and the lot itself looks more like a bizarre fountain-under-construction then a geyser. Take a look at some real life pictures and try to mimic exactly what you see, if you do things from your mind, important details usually get lost in translation.

I think you are one of very few, or dare I say, the only uploader who give us quality industrial bats with no dependencies? That alone is amazing achievement.

Where do you put the file if you have the latest NAM? Because NAM 3.0 doesn't have an ANT folder.

@ SimTeam: Apparently you know how to write. Congratulations. This makes me guess that you also know how to read. So why don't you go ahead and do that? You could start with the description, which I didn't include for the giggles. Should anything be unclear even after reading the description, feel free to ask a question concerning the specific part you didn't understand. Thank you. :).

A very nice job. I love Gothia stuff. Any other Gothia stuff to be downloaded?
  27. 1 point
What happened to Gothia anyway? I visited it once a while ago, and remember that it had some pretty cool buildings, but I wasn't able to download anything for some reason.

Awesome work. This is a really great BAT. Glenni deserves a 10/10 for all of the hard work he put into this!
