Right click on the zipped folder and choose "un-zip" from the menu, then open the new folder and read the read-me. Usually you just place this new folder into your "documents\Simcity 4\Plugins" directory for it to work.

As controversial as it is, I could see it working as long as it stays at a realistic level (billboards, themed petrol stations and the like). I think EA have actually done this before, I'm sure the billboards in "Skate 2" changed frequently to advertise different things, I seem to remember them showing a vivid ad for the local job centre. One question I have is what would this give fans in return apart from a sense of realism?

The pixelation comes from the game's magnification handling, unlike any other the closest zoom (6th?) is actually an enlargement of the previous zoom (5th?). I don't think there's anything that can be done about it.

I'm currently enjoying this game but I'm fed up of repeating the first quests again and again. I've been playing this on a friend's machine while living in university, starting my own game and getting through the first few story missions, then watching him play it, then another roomate, then another... Now I'm back home and have made a new game on my machine, gone through some quests to level up to a point where I feel safe enough to take on the creatures of the wild. This new character is a Bosmer thief/archer, it adds a challenge to dungeon diving but it's starting to slow down so I mae another new character, two-handed Nordthat now has to go through the first quests . I think it's time for a break from Skyrim for now to focus on other things. What's everyone else's playstyle (warior/mage/thief,bow/sword/spell etc.)? What do you guys/girls do to mess around in Skyrim?

Amazingly, this is one of the first VGA's by Spike that I mostly agree with. The only one that stands out as one I don't agree with is shooter of the year (MW3). I also thought LA Noire would win the best graphics and it was obvious that Skyrim and Arkham City would come top in most categories.

Space Race 2: China vs. India It seems China still thinks space is about politics, these days it's mainly scientific research. If they only waited another ten or so years they cold take the reigns on the ISS, NASA and others are looking to de-orbit it then, maybe it would be better to sell it?

The tournament is already well under way down under, but I'm not surprised such a thread hasn't been created. I'm interested to see who this forum thinks will win and who is into the sport, or who is new to the whole thing and is just enjoying watching the games. A poll has been added, don't be shy, VOTE!

New Zealand smash minnows Japan. Well, All Black winning the match was expected, but to run in eleven tries is almost unheard of these days. Didn't see the match though, they're on at 4/5am for my time zone so I only watch the big matches or ones Wales feature in. NZ/France will be a cracking game.

I couldn't disagree with that sentence any more than I already do. They've become re-hashes of the last game with minor tweaks (Though these days some series' such as FIFA are). I might pick up MW3 in a couple of years just to round the story off but that's it. I'll buy Battlefield for online gameplay.

7/10 Nice dragon but there's to much of a contrast between it and the background for my liking.

A known issue, this happens when you use a custom resolution greater than 1500 pixels across. Lowering the resolution will fix this.
