Now ive lost my job, i was forced to go on welfare, sell my house in Newark's quiet little North Ward to Vidioman and move into the Projects. im currently using the last of my funds to consult with a finincial planer at Dusktrooper Finincial Inc. I think i got a good buisness stratagy, but im going to have to talk it over with my finincial planner.

 

 

*orders chicken fingers and fries, and leaves a generious tip for the autobot.

 

*puts o some Audioslave on the jukebox, but keeps it on low as to not disturb anyone.

I will order some cheese pizza with extra cheese, and some breadsticks to go with it, and a milk. The zukes will have some fried catfish with some motor oil and some water.

We wrapped up our ESL Idol competition last night. It went well. It's a pity that my students couldn't participate due to other obligations, but it was fun to watch!

Hey, heard you just ordered a slurpee. What area are you from to call it a slurpee? In MD I always call in a slurpee, because of 7-11, no matter where it's from. However, in PA whenever we go out we get a 'slushi'.

@ Leech10: zuka ladra or more properly zuca ladra is Italian for thieving zuke. (I have to remember that Italian is phonetic and doesn't use 'k').

@ TT: Live 8 was interesting, but it is still on or just finished as we speak. One can hope that this does something, but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. The corruption at high levels is still present in most African Countries.

Red beers and dark beers are my favorites. I can't stand American beer. I could tell you what we say about American beer in my family, but it's inappropriate for this forum.

I just found out today that the building in which I do my teaching (an old, Victorian mansion) was actually built and inhabited by my great great great grandfather. It's kind of sad really, since it is falling apart and probably needs about a million dollars worth of renovations.

Anyway, I'll let you choose the beer this time N_O_Body. Materialize me something good!

Man, the projects are tough!, Newark Housing authority does NOTHING!, i called because a rat was in my pantry, i called the NHA exterminator, but they never came, i had to have a zuke take care of the problem! i live on an aparntment on the 14'th floor of Brick Towers, Newarks tallest housing project, its a good thing im a Terminator, i can beat up the thugs who try to rob me.

 

i miss my old house in North Newark, i hope vidioman is taking good care of it.

Okay, this time materialize me something cold in a frosted mug.

All the fireworks going off right now are scaring the fertilizer out of my bunnies.

I hope everyone likes the new avatar. I spent a lot of time fixing it up so that it looks right. It's the same character as my previous two, though I have no idea why he was drawn with purple hair in the new one.

I'd love to dye my hair that shade of purple, but I don't think the college would go for it. I need to be a tenured professor before I can pull a stunt like that, methinks.

I just hope I still have hair when that happens.

I'm working on a ponytail right now, just in case my hair doesn't live as long as I do.

On second thought, skip the random materialized beer. I'll have a Hoffbrau Oktoberfest.

Well, it depends on the school. Universities have it. Colleges call it being permanent faculty. Everything is unionized so the view is different.

The drinking age in Ontario is 19. You can vote at 18. Someone hasn't been doing his homework. They are actually considering lowering the voting franchise to 16. Someone is into anarchism around here.
