Well, I'm fianlly back from a long week at work, and computer problems and thought I would drop by here, before going to a long meeting for work, the dreaded CARE class I have to take.

It's all about alcohol awareness and stuff like that, 3 hours of it, then there's a test at the end of it!!!!!46.gif
but I think I'll have a virgin Pina Colada and a Crown and Coke on the side lol17.gif

@ vidioman: Your thought for the day reminds me of the naked young lady from Niger.

@The_Dalai_Llama: Many thanks for the llama talk. The autochef materializes a foaming mug of hot llama milk with chocolate.

@ Leech10: Old time religion 101. Wicca is a natualistic religion. I got 309 results on Wikipaedia. Try it and see. Druidism is the dominant religion of Ancient Albion (Britain) involving another naturalistic code including human sacrifice. Wiki gave me 490 reference on a search for Druid. Wicca is much more benevolent than druidism.

Well, I do get another experience instead of going to San Diego. I will now be going to a leadership academy at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. I also may have the chance to attend a NJROTC FAA Ground School at Auburn University in Alabama. The latter I am extremely excited about having the chance to go to.

I'm in the mood for a donut right now, you pick the kind.

Interesting thing happened at work today.  Apparently, the water bill wasn't quite paid on time so they had no water for several hours.  You can't run a restaurant without water, obviously.  Luckily water was restored by the dinner rush, but I did get a bit miffed, and I don't get miffed that often, mainly because I rarely use that word.

I want to get miffed too!

Ever since I searched on dictionary.com....

    Miffed
    adj : aroused to impatience or anger;

    Then there's this example:
felt really pissed at her snootiness

    Hmmm...

@ Bookworm: I don't think His Holiness plays Simcity, but we would welcome his wisdom to our board. Its all in the spelling. Our ruminant has answered, but His Holiness spells it Dalai Lama The autochef materializes your chocolate in a nice mug.

@ crazyarchitect: Well, have a nice weekend and relax. What'll you have?

@Fairlane500: Your itinerary sounds just fascinating. I take it you want to fly? Have you ever flown yourself?

@ The_Dalai_Llama: Yeah, but close only counts in hand-grenades, horseshoes, and nuclear weapons. Ruminants don't count. I see you guys are learning waterless cooking! Miffed, indeed. Always thought is meant in a mild pet. A large, gooey, chocolate covered, cream-filled cake donut appears on a plate.

@ vidioman: 11:30? is that late? how old are you again?

@ the_crispbread_witch: Welcome! What'll you have? The automatic service system can serve anything food or drink. I guess they meant He was miffed by her condescension.

    *ambles in the front door.*

hello all. figure i'd come in get a feel for the woods before I head to the cabin in PA this weekend. Gotta get in touch with nature, figure this is the best place to do it - besides actual nature of course.

'Keep, could I get a nice 'naturely' drink? You're the expert, I'll let you do the picking - surpirse me, please. Also, I'll take a Deer Steak, grilled over a birch fire, if that's at all possible. You could just throw it on the gas grill and add some birch beer to the seasoning, I don't think I'll know the difference.

Nice place you got here, what's the wood on the bar? Very polished, I can see myself in the reflection. Looks expensive...

The zukes are hungry again, this time they want 2 tons of vegetables and fruits, as well as 50 gallons of gas. (unleaded)

^The Moose concentrates... A loud rumble is heard in the Zuke woods as the ground becomes covered with veggies and fresh fruit in wide array. A 60 gallon drum of unleaded gasoline appears beside the dumpster.

Cabins in PA are very possible.  Of course Pennsylvania is Latin for Penn's Woods.  Several parts of Pennsylvania can be very rural, sometimes downright secluded.  Brtim, where exactly are you headed?  If you're anywhere near the Poconos, gimme a wave. 9.gif

*enjoys his donut*  And I didn't even order it.  Delicious, though.

11:30?  is that late?  how old are you again?

It isn't late (I seldom get to sleep before midnight in the summer, on account of all the sun light... well, it's twilight, but it's stil lthere, and it doesn't feel completely like night yet, so I can't sleep. et I can sleep all morning... hmm..) but my dad was asleep when I got back. My brother is supposed to be in by 9pm (he never is. It's still pretty bright out at 9pm. He won't come in until street lights come on)

I got my bike back, with new pedals. And I got groceries for my mom yesterday. Which brings me to lunch.

Like the little girl in the Pizza Hut commercial says, Hambagurs!

I just came home from the last day of school, and there were some kids there that stayed up all last night and came with their hair all messy, and the Juniors which are going to be Seniors next years rode their bikes around the parking lot while carrying toy lightsabers, and some of them had lightsaber duels in the hallways between the exams.

    Venison. Deer Steak. Venison?

No wonder I've been getting wierd looks in here. It's like the time I went into a breakfast restaurant and ordered 'dippy eggs' and the waitress looked at me like I just landed from Mars. How was I supposed to know they 'usually' are called over-easy? I always called them dippy eggs cause that is what you do, you dip the eggs! But now I shall know, if I want deer's meat it's venison. Phew.

Ahh, this food is delicious. So tender. And the antlers, Brilliant!

And I would love to come to Moosonee, seems like it would be a happening place, however this cabin excursion is a weekend with the girlfriend's family - and her of course. I don't know the location, I just know it's 2 hours from the Hershey-ish area. I'm pretty sure it's near PA 15 along a river, which would put it near the Juniata, probably some place near Perry County, which if you're in the know, is pretty rural from what I hear.

Mmm, great job on the hot chocolote.... I could stay here all day. So I think I will. and it's such a clean place, too. So many bars are really dirty, and sometimes I think it would be better to bring my own glass. But not here! This place is a five-bunny: 35.gif35.gif35.gif35.gif35.gif

@ vidioman: A plate full of Wimpey's appears. Will you be glad to pay for these tomorrow for having them today?

@Leech10: To what grade do you proceed when school opens again? Love those zukes, so cute!

@ brtim2: We try to improve the vocabulary and the taste of our patrons. Actually, your venison was from farm bred elk, which are the largest of the deer. That is why it was so tender. Normally, wild venison is tough unless it is hung for a long time.

@Bookworm: Thanks for the vote of confidence. Clenlieness is next to godlieness, or god mode if you prefer. The autochef always runs in god mode, and does a really nice job terraforming the food. We don't hold anyone's ignorance against them, we just try to correct it. After all, living is learning.

Why yes, i do want to fly. My only experience so far has been taking the controls of a single-engine Piper Arrow, and flying simulators for the 767 and MD-80. My true hope is to attend the Naval Academy, and become a Navy pilot, and eventually an airline pilot. I'll probably try for the Air Force and Coast Guard academies, also.

I think I'll have a plate of curly fries, if you please.

I'll take a nice cool glass of water. And some cookies, got some chocolate chip cookies? It's mighty hot out there working underneath my car. Let's hope this repair lasts longer than the last try.

I'm off to the cabin for the weekend. Supposed to be great weather. For a duck.

However, before I leave it's a celebration for the anniversary of my cousin's birth. And you know how we do it here in Maryland - Old Bay Style. Crabs, crabs, and more crabs. 9.gif

@ Fairlane500: Well, all things being equal by reputation, I think Annapolis is your best bet. Got any U.S. Senators on your side? A plate of curly fries materializes with a selection of dipping sauces

@ vidioman: Today is pensioner pay day. I'll stand you a round. Don't look so downhearted.

@brtim2: Ducks are water tight, and I hope you don't get too much rain. A crab feast is out for me as the wife is allergic to crab. She'll settle for lobster, but that's is an excuse to eat butter and we are trying to lose weight. Have fun. A sparkling glass of ice cold, distilled, remineralized water. Let's see, there is a bag of President's Choice Chocolate Chunk Cookies on the bar. Help yourself. [only in Canada, pity.]

@ Leech10: A sophomore [from the Greek, sophos = wise, moros = fool] is great, only three years to go. The KK Dragon joins the zukes for some general dragon hide and seek.

@Joesocwork: The king crab legs appear with appropriate butter sauce, along with a bottle of perrier and a dish of lime quarters. Enjoy. I gather that, due to some stupid rules or other, you can't just fire this guy. Can't you get him for breach of the rules? What is he, anyway, the union steward? How about incomaptible with the highest echelon of the corporation, who I assume is Mr. Bush. I don't think Dubya would have a problem shedding this guy.

Whew, that was a little strong. The milkshake and fries are teleported to Nexis If you must emphasize your pronouncements, I would suggest it be grammatically correct. Try taking a little more time typing it.

    French Fries definitive article.

Sandwiches are named after the Earl of Sandwich who invented them. He asked to have slices of meat presented between slices of bread because he didn't want to leave the gambling tables.
