How to Colorize/Make district Pictures

Well since I made the picture, I'll let you know how it's done. I'm using a image software called The Gimp. It's as close you can get to Photoshop for free, download on download.com. I use the Path tool to create a selection. I then use the bucket fill tool. With the bucket fill I can set the opacity (around 20%) that gives the transparent look. (I fill the selection with the bucket) Quite easy... And why don't you all check out my CJ! -
The landscape looks so much better with trees! Great work. Will be nice to see how the rural area develops.

Comments: Thanks for the comments! You're all right about the brick buildings, looks very nice to me. -
Long time since my last visit. That's a great industrial area with a cool rail line! I have to come here more often.

Construction Question! I need some advice, tell me what you think about these brick houses, should I save them to make an all brick neighbourhood? Or let the time run and let larger buildings grow? It might also turn into a R -
I just want to agree with Dupontfan24, a good tutorial and pictures of all NAM pieces. Very interesting to see the new NAM site.

This is not a bump, it's an update! Really! GLR Development The train was going really fast but I think I managed to get focus on it... dhoppeii: Page 6, I need to do a table of contents! Darmok: Yeah, the wind blew away the trees! Or was it Jeroni's ploppable Maxis trees that replaced my Cycledogg flora brush... Working on that... SS454: Thanks! The water texture... Emeraldisles Could be in this texture pack. Btw, I'm quite busy with work so the small updates will continue. Too bad work is fun! -
Wow! Just amazing, and it's gone! Can't imagine how that felt... Nice that you could save some pictures. The level of detail is just... wow...
