Hi All,

I live in Round Rock, Texas. It's a small outer rim city of Austin. I'm a software developer for a large home health care company in Austin. I have been programming for about 9 years. I'm also a graphic artist. I've been using Adobe Photoshop for about 10 years, since version 3.1.

I have tons of hobbies, too many to list. One of my favorites is PC gaming, which is why I'm here. I like what's being done on the SimMars project and I might like to get involved with some of the design work. Anyway, good to be here and I look forward to some fun discussions about the game.

This is my first post on here!

I'm a songwriter/performer from Florida, currently living in Philadelphia, PA.
I'm not much of a gamer, but I remember playing Sim City as a kid, and wanted a nice distraction from things. The only bad thing is that it seems as if being a Mac user (SimCity 4 for Mac) I'm very limited to all the extra cool features. Oh well.

I've been around for a while but I haven't posted here yet so here we go....

I'm a 24 year old grad student at Texas A&M University (located in College Station, TX). I am studying civil engineering and hopefully will be done in May of next year. I'm oringinally from Houston and will probably move back there once my wife and I graduate. I plan on getting a job in land development once I graduate.

Hey, just signed up today, My names Gordon(call me Gordy if you want) and im 17 years old.I was born and bred in Glasgow but now live in a small boring town in the south of Scotland near Edinburgh. I'm studying Computing at college and hope to go to university next year. I like a lot of games but my favs have to be Championship manager 01/02(classic) FM2005, Medieval total war, simcity 4 (of course) even though I have been playing simcity 3000 uk edition because my old comp refused to play 4, so im still a kind of novice at 4, but getting there!!

Thanks to make this community a reality ; for me, making city journals are the better possibility in SC4 . Also, a community is probably more interesting than a personal page to present them, cause discussions are mostly profitable for creators, in my opinion.

Well I'm 25, live in Lincolnshire in the Uk and am a Architect and retained firefighter, am currently working on a large region where I am thinking of stating a CJ based on the firefighters protecting the region, currently trying to figure out the lot editor to create new firestations, and try and get them as realistic as possible. anyone want advice about dispatching, intresting scenarios and who to deal with them please let me know.

Long-time lurker, first-time poster. About three months ago I visited Vancouver, B.C. for the first time and fell in love. I went home and started a new region. Just this past week it reached 1,000,000 residents, the first time I have reached that milestone in Sim City 4. I figured now is as good a time as any to finally start posting around here.

I'm 24, live in Portland, Oregon, am a musician by night and a market researcher by day.

I am heavily involved in simcentral.net which, despite its name, has nothing to do with Sim City. It is a site for baseball and football gaming, akin to simtropolis. At one time I made a lot of graphics mods for the High Heat and Triple Play/MVP Baseball series, designing stadiums and uniforms. It's been a couple years since I've done anything along those lines but I would very much like to get involved with modding Sim City. As an urbanite I would like to work on improving the public transit in the game to make it more realistic and city-friendly.
