In a democracy -- you download for free.  In China -- you have to be a party member to get on their internet.

SimCity China, their certain some bat´s we love to have available ! Not all site as there<s certain a lott asian bat´s elswher available, but what´s left some creators we do want very much !What the way forward will be to be seen, but this shouldn´t go on forever !

Does someone already have an account for SC4 China where they wouldn't mind sharing their username and password so we could log-in and download the items?   Just a thought.     Thank you!

Split off all the SC4 China related posts here in order to keep the 'Can't Find It' topic nice and tidy...

We know there is great interest in many of the creations located on the SC4 Chinese site. The subject of whether or not anything can be done about the content located there is being looked into. No guarantees, though. That site's policies and procedures may make things difficult. Any new information will be put forth.

It is perfect that a separate topic be made, the truth is that there is a lot of interest, hopefully a solution can be found to access the content that is on that platform, the best thing would be to make a backup copy of the content or the part of the content of the platform.

I didn't even realize a Chinese site exists before I read your posts.

Of course the entire issue here is the censorship that Chinese government enforces in their own country. Also the reason why Raymond (if I remember correctly?) has disappeared from the forums as a result of forced hiatus.

xi loon-ping must believe that our site is dangerous to his mock government. See? We are stronger than anyone thought! 😊

Raymond had a traffic accident (IIRC) which caused the hiatus, and fortunately recovered well, but went to participate on other gaming communities, a truck simulator I think it was.
