As D’Angelo East Jungle was already protected from settlements and industry in the “Preservation Consensus” declared in 2010, and laid out as a tourism only location. It is no surprise after the location of Bounty Airport close by, that new tourist accommodation world be located close to the beautiful beach of D’Angelo Bay. D'Angelo Beach Resort aim at attracting only the absolute top-level guests.

Mona Hartmann Family January 2044

Mona Hartmann, was born in an apartment at Cepero Main Waterfront in 1974. The daughter of Nora and Jakub Lewandowski. After her little sister Dorthea was born, the family moved to a Adrian Pérez Road in 1984. Mona graduated from President Smirnov’s School in 1992. She left her parent’s house in 1995, to work at Saint Mary’s State Prison. In 1997 she met German immigrant, 28 years old, Jan Hartman. The moved together in an apartment at Monica Roux Residential Area in Presidente Jakub District, but soon moved to an idyllic country house at Old Banana Road. This was before the tunnel, while the hotel where Jan worked, was still located at the road. They married in 2012. Her farther Jakub Lewandowski died in 2016, later the same year Mona and Jan got their son Sergio. After Mona became a mother, she left the prison and found a safer and better paid job at R. Johnson SunWear. The family moved to Mountain Village, living in the same building as little sister Dorthea’s family. Jan got a job at Industry Rescue, in Cattle Road District. Mona lost her mother in 2021. After many years at the SunWear factory, Mona was worn out and took a more relaxed job at Shark Beach Port, the family moved to Fenna Tower. Jan Hartmann died in November 2042. This month Mona took retirement, living alone in an apartment at Saint Mary North in Chinatown.

Mona Hartmann's son Sergio Hartmann, was born at Saint Mary's Hospital, November 2016, at the time his parents had rented an apartment at Pasture Road, Saint’s Mary’s Residential, as his father had lost his job at Hotel America when the hotel relocated three years earlier, now working at Harbor Road Shopping Mall. The family moved to Mountain Village where Sergio spent most of his childhood. Sergio took his 2^nd level degree from President Smirnov’s School in 2028 just 12 years old. The following years he spent living with the nomadic Ayiti Tribe with a former classmate Cristina Gutiérrez, at the tribe’s two islands. Sergio is very interested in native culture and the use of healing herbs. Sergio and Cristina came back in the summer of 2030, and he started university. In May 2033 the two teenagers got a small cheap apartment at D'Angelo Main Road, owned by Cristina’s family and not far from her family’s corn plantation at the Island. Sergio graduated from Bounty City University in 2038. Sergio took a job at SPF Processed Food factory, Cristina was helping at the family plantation, they took a loan and bought a house at Village Curve, D'Angelo Village. Their son Wilco Gutiérrez Hartmann was born in July 2041. In 2042 Sergio got a job as junior resident doctor at Maria Bird Hospital, the family moved to a mansion in Mountain Village, Cristina got a job at The Experiential Agricultural Institute. The couple did not marry.

Hospital and mental institution “La Casa Nuestra Señora” were constructed during the winter of 2043/2044, at New Farm Street, D'Angelo Village. The first patients were treated from March 2044. Dr. Tess Ruiz was hired to lead the combined operation, with Dr. Robbert Van Beek leading the psychiatric wing.

Anne Leroy April 2044

Anne Leroy died the 26 of April. She was born Anne Pohl in 1973. Growing up in the village of Forkendorf, about 5 km south of Bayreuth in northern Bavaria, Germany. 20 years old she immigrated to Bounty Islands. In 1996 she met Finn Leroy and he moved into her apartment. They married and got two children, but both died very young from a rare genetic disorder. Anne will leave behind her 70 years old husband, they very married for 36 years.

For the first time, a member of the Chinese community was appointed to an important political post on the Bounty Islands. 49 years old Xiu Wǔ now represents Saint Mary's in the Council of District. Xiu is married to 61 years old Jingyi Wǔ, production leader at R. Johnson Leather, one of the few industries in the Chinatown area.

Xiu Wǔ is also the sister of 60 years old Chinese community leader Yǔháng Zhào. The Zhào family is besides Yǔháng, his wife Zǐ hán Zhōu (54) and the two daughters Min (16) and Xiang (14). Yǔháng Zhào owns restaurant 豬肉菠蘿 (Zhūròu Bōluó) located in what used to be “The Pineapple Chow.” Mainly run by his wife and daughters. Yǔháng is the religious and unofficial political leader of all Buddhist and Chinese immigrants, mainly located in Chinatown, but in resent years also spreading to other parts of the islands.

Lucas Sullivan son of sister Sullivan, died 82 years old. He will leave behind his daughter Myrthe and her family, his daughter Aitana and her family, his son Cristobal and his  2^nd wife Mila with whom he has lived since 2024. Lucas lost his first wife and mother of his children in 2016 to lung cancer.

Cristobal Sullivan Family, June 2044

Cristobal Sullivan is the youngest of Shana and Lucas Sullivan’s children. Born December 1992 at South Cepero Road in Lucia Village, spending his early childhood, in south district. In 2002 his father bought The Waterfront Bar and Tapas, and an apartment building at Cepero Main Waterfront. Where he spent his late childhood and teens. Cristobal left school without a diploma in 2009. He left his family in 2010 moving in with Chiara Benítez. Chiara, a good looking Italian immigrant, 8 years his senior, was living a party lifestyle without children, centered around Pub D'Angelo and her cheap apartment on Village Road. Cristobal joined the fun. Cristobal lost his mother in 2016, and that may have triggered a change in their life, anyway they settled down and both got more permanent occupation in the farming industry. From the 2020’s they attempted to get children, resulting in two miscarriages, Chiara couldn’t handle the disappointment and they stopped trying. In 2030 Chiara Benítez lost her job at Grasso & O’Neill’s, her drinking had begun again. During most of the 2030’s Chiara was drinking heavily, working as a waitress at Pub D'Angelo. Cristobal had been working at D'Angelo Fright, South Depot since 2030. In 2039 Cristobal’s boss Daan Van Beek offered Chiara a job at the storeroom to help the family, she took it and the drinking immediately decreased. They still both work in the company, living in a small apartment at D’Angelo Sea Beach, Harbor Residential Area, with a nice view of the sea from the living room.

Dr. Robbert Van Beek, leader of the psychiatric wing at La Casa Nuestra Señora Hospital, are doing some experiments with voluntary unemployed citizens. Different pills developed by Professor Nora Castro from Bounty State Medication are tested, looking for medication to reduce the hardship of being unemployed, unwanted or homeless. Critics claim it would be better to improve the living conditions, but so far the government have approved the experiments, claiming it is better to live in high spirits, than drown in sorrow or sadness.

Labiba Najjar Vázquez family, Oct 2044

Labiba was born at Cepero Main Waterfront, August 1999. The daughter of Yasmin and Naasir Al Najjar. Granddaughter of Martina and Ibrahim Ahmed and great-granddaughter of Sister Birgitta, the leader of the “Order of Fen” from 1960 to her death in 1974. She got a little brother Vajid in 2001, but after he died from pneumonia in June 2005, Labiba spent most of her childhood as the only child in the family. The parents got a rather late son in Farooq 2012, when Labiba was already a teenager. Labiba was studying at President Williams School, but dropped out in late 2020, after falling in love with Manuel Vázquez. She moved into his cheap apartment at Mountain Village Road in the beginning of 2021. The couple moved between several cheap apartments, until they settled behind the hospital at Connection Passway in Harbor District late 2023. Labiba got her first job at the uranium mine at the plateau, but soon changed it to waitress at The Donkey Mansion. Labiba got pregnant in 2027, but they lost the child to the feared jungle fever, Isabella Drosophila Febris. In the early 2030’s the couple moved to Cattle Road, living at different address in the area. The couple married in 2037, Labiba took the name Labiba Najjar Vázquez. From 2038, the couple has lived at the center of Cattle Road, in a very fashionable penthouse apartment, just two blocks from President Purple Villa, next to the Parking Deck. Labiba gave birth to a son Alami in April 2039, another son Azmi was born in May 2040. Both children were given the name Najjar Vázquez. To improve relations with several important members of the United Nations, a delegation from Bounty Island, with Environment and Nature Minister Alejandro Pérez, Foreign Minister Chloé Lambert and chairman of Bounty Industry Association Ronnie Sullivan, went to COP89 in Delhi. We have now signed the “Zero Emission Act”. Officially we need to completely remove industrial air pollution, but actually our aim is to reduce co2 emission with about 75% over a 25 years period, not as bad as it sounds, as most of it can be done with electrification. It will hopefully take the eyes of the fact that we are a large oil exporter compared to our small population. We expect to see a small drop in industrial production of 8-10%.

Haruto Taka Family, February 2045

Haruto Taka the son of Alexandra and Heinrich Taka, grew up in “The Tower” at “New Village”, Cepero Island, with his half brother Carlos. His half-sister Tami was more than 20 years older than him. After Carlos left the family, they moved to a smaller apartment at Ruben Ruiz Beach Road, close to the water and The Jungle Reserve, where he spent his teenage years. Haruto took a degree from Bounty University in the summer of 2008. Later the same year he moved to a social apartment in Plateau Village. He met police cadet Jessica Fernández and they found a small apartment in Lucia Village, but Haruto soon got a well-paid job as Nuclear Safety Engineer and the couple bought a house in Miner’s Village. Haruto lost his father in 2011. In 2017 Haruto started working with x-ray technology at D'Angelo Clinic. Their son Daichi was born in March 2021, their daughter Hanako in July 2026. Haruto lost his mother in 2028. After Jessica started to work at the army camp at D'Angelo Main Road, the family moved to a house at Village Curve, D'Angelo Village, where they still live. Haruto lost his half-sister Tami in April 2042. He turned 58 last December, actually quite happy, but worries a bit too much, being an introvert “thinker” personality. Jessica is 61 years old, much more extrovert and talks a lot, having strong opinions. Both children took a 2nd level diploma from President Williams School. They both live with their parents. Daichi Fernández will turn 24 next month. He hasn’t got a girlfriend yet, working part time at Bounty Cigar's tobacco plantation at the eastern edge of Bounty City. Hanako Fernández will turn 19 this summer. She dates a young tennis player and spend a lot of time in the city. Haruto loves his daughter a lot and she is very good at getting some extra pocket money from him.

Member of the Council of the Districts Mónica Ivanov retired 69 years old. New member will be the former head of Cielo Hotel, with the rare name Thomas Thomas. Mr. Thomas represents the tourist industry.

Dorthea Hartmann Family, July 2045

Dorthea Hartmann was born at South Cepero Road in June 1982. The daughter of Nora and Jakub Lewandowski. She spent her childhood with her parents and younger sister Mona in the southwestern part of Cepero Town. Taking a degree from President Williams School. She married Uwe Hartmann and got twin sisters Mina and Sena. Sadly, both twins died as just young children in the early 2020’s, assumingly from Isabella Drosophila Febris. Their son Klaus was born in February 2024. In 2031 Uwe Hartmann went down with stress and had to quit his well-paid job at Pablo Romero Biological Faculty, taking a few years as a truck driver. In the late 2030’s he had regained strength and was hired as Power Plant Engineer at Mountain Village Power Park. Dorthea still works with design at Maria Bird Gold & Jewelry. Today the family shares a large mansion at the corner of Bay Street and Maria Ruiz Road, with the Ivanov family. Located between Bay Side Park and the parliament building, this is a very nice address. Their son 21 years old Klaus, still lives with his parents, he has been studying at JD International School, but dropped out without a diploma.

Wilco Gutiérrez Hartmann, the son of Sergio Hartmann and Cristina Gutiérrez died from Isabella Drosophila Febris, 4 years old.

Nvidia ElTioBit have developed a unique cooling system for computer and graphic CPU, using thick plant oil they call ResinX, in a patented aluminum cooler. To continue experiments with the substance at Bounty Islands, Nvidia have started production of ResinX and aluminum extraction will also start soon. Nvidia’s ResinX and Aluminium production facilities was located next to each other at Mountain Village.

Sullivan Oil West is burning, it is unclear if this was caused by the high temperatures at the South Plains or if the fire was arson. Both environmental groups and terrorists’ cells are under suspicion.

María Sanz Family November 2045

María Sanz was born December 1997 in Lucia Clinic across the street from her mother’s apartment at South Cepero Road. The daughter of Jane and Lucas Sanz. María Sanz did not get any 2nd level education. In 2017, 19 years old, she took a job at Hoebeek Construction, making her able to afford her own small apartment in Fenna Tower. In October 2023 María gave birth to a daughter Mónica, the farther was unemployed Jacob Hughes, he did not want children. María was living as a single mother. Sadly, Mónica died in 2026. In 2027 María got a job at Cine De Loro. She found a small simple apartment at a nice small neighborhood next to Hotel America on Plantation Road. In fall 2033 María was offered a slightly better position at the Cepero Theater and moved to Cepero Island. In August 2036 she gave birth to Myra Sanz, a daughter she had with a man named John Hallett. Although they were seeing each other regularly, they did not live together. John was aiming to become an artist, but worked as a bus driver. In February 2040 they got another child together. A son named Kanoa. At this point John had a better job at HIQUEA Synthetic Material and the couple moved together in an apartment at South Jungle Tower. Recently John’s dream came through, when he was offered a job at The Old Circus. As John took a huge wage cut, Maria left Cepero Theater and started working at the wool industry to compensate. Anyway their combined income decreased significantly and they moved to a smaller apartment at South Cepero Road, Miner’s Village.

As the public surplus have been quite high in recent years, the government decided to upgrade many tower blocks and apartment buildings, aiming to avoid creating ghettoes and increase the living standard of many low-income families.

Restrictions of cutting precious wood in the jungle have been enforced, reducing the number of trees cut in the designated foresting areas, to help preserve the jungle, while also keeping up prices, as demand has fallen after the introduction of synthetic furniture.

D'Angelo Beach Resort is now fully booked, the new hot destination for the rich and famous, coming from all over the world.

This year it will be 100 years since Luuk Willems died. Originally Luuk Willems was a gold miner immigrating from the Netherlands. When the first political parties formed in the late 1920’s he became the leaders of “The Workers Front” and became part of the 1930 government, as Foreign Minister under president Jakub Piotrowski’s leadership. With the 1940 election he kept his post and was still minister at the time of his death. He was buried besides his wife Carmen Rodriguez at Fenna Chapel

Alejandro Johnson family, March 2046

Alejandro Johnson was born in 1995, the son of just 17 years old Carina Johnson. He spent his childhood in the home of his grandmother Yelena Johnson. His mother married Italian Gabriele Moretti and his sister Cristina Moretti was born in December 2001. The family moved to their own home, in an apartment at Miners Village, springtime 2007, when Alejandro had just become a teenager. He graduated from President Williams in 2014. Alejandro Johnson left his mother’s home in 2016 to live with his girlfriend Dolores in Plateau Tower. The couple took unskilled jobs and traveled around the world, living a simple but carefree life without children. In 2030 Alejandro got a well-paid job at Maria Bird Gold & Jewelry and from then the couple settled down and started living a normal 9-5 life. Dolores got hired by Radio North in 2038, broadcasting her weekly travel show. The combined family income had now improved a lot, and they moved to a large modern apartment at Solar City, Saint Mary’s District. Dolores gave birth to their son Pello in August 2039, she was 42-year-old at the time.

Dolores Sullivan is now 88 years old, the oldest person living at Bounty Islands

A parking house was added to D'Angelo Beach Resort. Tourists can now use taxies and rented cars, when sightseeing the Islands.

Carina Moretti died 68 years old. The daughter of José and Yelena Johnson. She will leave behind her husband Gabriele Moretti, her son Alejandro with his family and her daughter Cristina with her family. Carina spent her last years working at Miner's Burger in Miner's Village, living with her retired husband in a small apartment, just across the street.

Council of District member Xiu Wǔ and her brother Chinese community leader Yǔháng Zhào, have been lobbying to allow the Asian community building a Buddhist temple, near Chinatown. The authorities of Saint Mary’s District finally gave in and the Chinese community have bought land and buildings east of Chinatown, starting the necessary relocations and demolitions.

Álvaro Pérez family, August 2046

Álvaro Pérez is son of Aleto Johnson & Carmen Pérez, grandchild of Yelena and José Johnson. Álvaro was born in his mother’s hippie shed in “Fungue Town”, April 1999. In 2012 the family left the free village and moved to a house at South Coast Road. Álvaro took his exams at President Smirnov’s and continued studies at Bounty City University in 2015. In 2017 Álvaro met María Romero, from a wealthy French/Spanish family. María left university and the young couple moved together in a small apartment at Fenna Tower, supported by María’s unskilled jobs, while Álvaro was still studying. Álvaro graduated from university in 2023. In the winter 2025/2026 María got pregnant and the couple married. Their daughter Léa Pérez was born in August 2026. Despite Álvaro’s university degree, the family lived a relative deprived life, both parents having mainly short time employments with varying income and periods of unemployment. That all changed in 2039 when Álvaro got a position at Bounty University, which he has kept to the present day. In June 2040 María gave birth to their son Daniel Pérez. Today the family belongs to the upper 10% of Bounty Citizens. Living in huge Mansion at Cattle Road Residential Area, close to Ruben Ruiz Strait. Léa Pérez is now 19 years old and has just finished 2^nd level education. Being unemployed she still lives with the family. María mainly takes care of the home, but also does some charitable work, driving pensioner out to get some fresh air in her bus.

Counsil member Babette López retired. She will be replaced by 34 years old Montserrat Romero native to Bounty Island. Mother of one son. Montserrat Romero is married to security guard Manuel Romero, living in a very modest apartment close to Ruben Ruiz Strait at Shark Beach Suburb, Cattle Road District. That will most likely change in the near future.

Traffic and Logistics Minister Juan Fernández, his wife council member Noa Fernández, their son José and his wife Isabel all changes name from Fernández to Ruiz. There was no official explanation given. Most of the press, speculated in the possibility of numerological advice.

This year evidence of climate change is very visible at Bounty Islands. Even though we are in October it is still very hot and dry, fires are raging in several places.
