Help edit residential / commercial / industrial

Hi guys! I hope everyone is good.

I have a question: How can I make (Residential, commercial, industrial, police/fire/health/education coverage) to a file that doesn't have it?

Example: I downloaded some lots, like restaurants or buildings & I want to make them commercial service/office. I want to get the jobs & all the data (Crime, pollution, etc.)

Can someone help me how to do it? I have LeProp, Lot Editor & Reader. But I don't know how to use Reader.

Hello!

In Reader You can copy properties from another, already made building (ex. Co$$$ or Police), delete unwanted ones and tweak values. 

Or You can use PIM-x and generate balanced properties on one click.

the easiest way is to use the plugin manager that comes with the game  it's great to create res, comm and civic properties     however you cannot create reward lots with it

just place the desired model file directly in the plugins folder and then open the plugin manager   then you can drag the model to the desired function on the left menu

then you can open the desc file and modify the pollution numbers as well as the number of occupants. etc   

then you need to use the lot editor to place your modified model in the proper lot    be sure to match exactly such as R$$ needs to be placed in a R$$ lot otherwise it will never grow

 the other programs like reader require more complex actions and are desirable when you are comfortable with moving on to more detailed modifications
